I love eating here because it’s very clean. I watched the workers clean the fans. Tables chairs and floor is always clean. Restroom is clean and that’s a big thing for me. Me and my three boys went here at about 4:30 pm on 12/18/25, the older girl not the really young one but the older girl at the counter was awfully rude. 1. She didn’t honor the 3$ personal size pizza. She charged me $9.37 with is 3x the advertised price! She wouldn’t even honor what was on the menu online! 2. She failed to charge me for 2 after telling her twice I have two little sons. They were for them. 3. I told her it was dine in and she put the order in a bag and tied it up so tight I couldn’t untie it. When she seen me and my kids sitting at the table, she yelled my order out to come get it and the restaurant was empty. So consideration at all! 4. My son asked her 3 times if he can use the restroom and she ignored him entirely, I had to go up to the counter with him and ask because he nearly peed his pants! 4. She also charged me $16.99 each for special #3. 5. I ordered another 6 wings and told her the same flavor as the other two meals and she put the hottest buffalo sauce on them, those were my youngest sons, so they were too hot, I had to dump my sweet sauce on them to cool them down! —- she was very rude! And it was the first time I’ve been there I have heard so much good things about long wongs, but I’ll never be going back! The wings were good but very tiny! And I never leave a bad review but maybe this is why that location was so empty!

I haven’t been to Long Wong’s in a long time and I am shocked that the pricing has gone up so much even though I do understand the price of produce and food in general has gone up considerably however 15.00 for a bacon turkey sandwich that was good but nothing really and it took a long time to get our order even though we were the only customers in the restaurant and I actually have to go up and ask about our order after about 17 minutes and she said oh and then go find out and it still took a while before we got our order and mine was supposed to be hot but it wasn’t very hot.
The front wall above the door is a mess with all those wires and the stereo in Plainview that should be placed in the back and all of those wires should be concealed it would look a lot cleaner and a lot more professional.

I ordered online, but on the pick-up the restaurant did seem clean. Employees were friendly and attentive and my food was hot and ready as what they quoted. The wings came out exactly the way I wanted them, extra crispy. The pizza was good but it could of been cooked a bit longer to have a better crisp ( but then again, that is just my preference) Overall my experience was good and I would definitely come back.

I like the new look in this place. It feels more family type restaurant. The wings from this place are among my favorites. They do a decent job in the pizza as well. Always fresh so expect a wait for your meal. I don’t give it 5 starts because the tables are usually dirty.

We picked up a to go order and the food was already sitting out and cold even though they told us it would take forty minutes. The staff was hard to deal with and the pizza and wings tasted frozen and undercooked which made the whole experience frustrating. For how much we spent it was a huge letdown and it is not a place I would return to or recommend.

Very disappointed, have been a costumer for several years and this isn’t the first time the wings came out, crusty, dried, flavorless, sauceless, and tastes like leftovers these last couple years… For the price, not worth it. And if you do buy some, check your wings before you leave, because we drove a good amount to buy and from the amount of times this has happened. They’ve lost a customer.

Update ! Update Feb 10. The wings have shrank price has gone up and they are so small left hungry! Smaller then my straw ! First time trying salad and potato skins. The salad was fresh and with a big variety of veggies. The house ranch was great. The french fries tasty with a mix of seasoning. Wait time wasn’t bad and food was worth it.

$50 bucks and this is what we got… An uncut pizza and 2 dozen flat wings. Different price from what was listed on the site.
Disregarding needing to cut it myself, the pizza had very little sauce. The hot wings were the usual long wong hot wings flavor. But why were they all flats? We would have ordered all drums if anything.
Never gonna order from this location. Gonna stick to 28th St & Thomas even if I gotta drive across town.
