Been going to the Phoenix location for years. Recently moved to Casa Grande so once I knew there was a Long Wongs, I knew we had to check it out.

Pepperoni pizza had good flavor but might as well just ordered a cheese pizza, each piece had one or two pepperonis on it, certainly not enough. Medium wings were great, honey hot were dry and over cooked sticky and not at all spicy. Pretty pricey for what you get, very disappointed. $10 for a small side salad is pricey and no celery with the wings, just dried sliced carrots. 🙁

Went today with the family and got garlic parm wings among other things. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and the lady brings out the wings first. Then about 5 minutes later we got our hamburger. We wait about 10 minutes later and almost finish eating when they bring out our fried zucchini. Then we waited about another 5-10 minutes and have to remind them about the corn dog my child was waiting for and the chili cheese fries.

Weird place. Creepy signs are taped on the walls for some reason. Very unwelcoming. Absolutely zero charm in the place. The wings are best described as “wet”. I could take a bath in the wing grease. We won’t be coming back.

I went in on my lunch and had quick service! I ordered the lunch pizza special and decided to eat in, the food was brought to my table, the guy said the sizes were smaller than normal and if I wanted another slice to let him know (they looked normal size and definitely filled me up)! No complaints and another slice was not necessary but the offer was very much appreciated! On my way out I got some ice cream and when I went to pay he told me it was on him since the pizzas were “small,” after some small talk I found out my server was the owner! It was my first time in the restaurant and with a great first time experience I will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

First time trying & all I can say is the wings are delicious. That extra crunch takes it to the next level. The owners was so nice & welcoming. The wings were fresh & not all fat (I dislike huge wings). Sauce flavor honey hot is now my favorite. Keep up the great work. Customer service was excellent. Don’t listen to me, go try it!!
