I was very disappointed this trip, we had to wait for food. When they brought it they forgot my coleslaw. I see why, it was spoiled and sour looking. I was mad but already on 635 heading home. They gave a tartar sauce in a little container that tasted like mayo and pickles. Please bring back tartar sauce packs. Fish was good, but I got to have malt vinegar and coleslaw. Smdh. Half filled container like they were rationing the coleslaw. It had a funny taste, so I didn’t eat it. Please do better.

Horrible experience! I used to eat here all the time, NOT ANYMORE. I found not 1 but 3 hairs in my family meal. I also found a knat fried into my fish. I called the manager who name is supposedly Ana and she did not accommodate me AT ALL. Told me to drive all the way back up there for a refund, which I shouldn’t have to waste gas and time going back up there because of THEIR uncleanliness. So- called manager was very rude. Do not eat at this location it’s absolutely disgusting!

I’m dreading the day that LJS may no longer be in business. LJS took its hits in 2013 being singled out by CSPI for not being healthy. I had to laugh given that it’s no different from any other fast food restaurant. No, this is not the way you should eat on a daily basis, but their food is delicious and never disappoints. The Mesquite store is friendly, polite, and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience or a bad meal there. And yes, I’ll limit my trips like I do for any fast food. But I WILL continue to reward myself after a weekend 10K run and/or PT workout with my favorite 2-piece fish dinner. It was my ‘go to’ place in college 40 years ago after a rough day, and it’s still the place I turn to for an enjoyable meal. In the context of what it is, a fast food restaurant, it’s a great place.

Why would they give me 5 fries. The tenders were tiny and it wasnt worth all the money I paid. I paid for a 3 pc with DOUBLE FRIES. The only reason I did not go back around is because the line was so long. Very disappointed. I love the food but they skimp you $13 for a meal you should be able to get full.

Ordered and paid for food online. Got there and was told the system was down and would not honor our order or refund the money we had already paid, even though we had a printed copy of the order and payment. I asked for the manager and was told they quite today, I asked and was told the next person up was District manager John, would not give me his personal number which I do understand, but would not give me a number to reach him. I asked for corporates number and she did not know that.
Left there with no food and no money.

I’m an uber driver and today I was victim of racist for my pronunciation in English, from one of the managers. Just like any other day I went to the location to pick up an Uber order, I gave the name of the customer to the lady and asked if the order was ready. I could tell the lady was already frustrated and looked upset, I understand a lot of work can cause someone to feel that way, but there is ways to talk to people. She just stared to yell at me to go to the drive thru, but o told her I was only picking up an order, she continue to yell o told you you need to go to the drive thru and the order is not ready, I told her you do not need to yell at me, I just asked a question about the order I haven’t been disrespectful to you. Than instead of her apologize to me she continues to flick me off and told me to learn how to speak English first. Than another associate who was there told me to not pay attention to her.
I told the lady I was going to report her with management. Which she reply that she was the manager and started laughing. I don’t think me or anyone deserve that type of treatment I’m just trying to do my job.

The absolute worst service/food ever. Ordered online two hours prior with a pick up time. When I arrived the order was ready. After arriving home I quickly noticed everything was COLD. instead of preparing the food minutes b4 the pick up time it appeared they prepared the food when the order was placed instead of when the order was scheduled to pick up. Spoke to store manager and she said that’s how online order work. They are prepared when u order not when ur picking up.NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO LJS
