I will start this off by saying that Jared at this location saved the day.
I was on my way with my bestie to go pick up my stepdaughter from Karate in Gilbert. I was going to be 15 minutes early, so I decided to stop off and pick up a 1 piece chicken strip and 4 piece shrimp combo for me and a 3 piece fish combo for him.
It’s made to order, so it took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready.
We leave to finish heading to go pick up my daughter. The chicken was super hot, so I just ate the fries for a few. I stop at a light and pull apart the chicken… it was RAW. Not a little bit of pink raw, RAW RAW.
I called and spoke with Jared, who was apologetic and understanding. He asked if we’d be able to come back, and he’d refund and remake my order. I told him I had to go pick up my daughter in Gilbert, but I’d swing back by on my way home. He told me to take my time, and ask for him when I got to the store.
We got to the location and he ensured that everything remade was cooked to perfection and issued my refund. He did let us know that there were new people being trained and the batter was probably not shaken off enough for an even cook.
I attached pics of the raw chicken and the remade order.
Jared, thank you for being so understanding and turning what was an awful experience to an excellent one!

Little bit of a wait time for LJS food vs Taco Bell, but it was good.
As with the Gilbert location (both TB & LJS), the drive-thru only serves Taco Bell.

The chicken was dark which it shouldn’t be so either the oil and they cooked it too long. But we were starving so we ate it. $60 because we got a big order but it wasn’t worth it because of the chicken.

They should remove the Long John Silvers sign off the building. They have NO CLUE how to provide good service or good food for this side of the business. As others have said, they only do tacos here. NO chicken or seafood available that is edible. To top it off, shrinkflation is here to stay along with sky high prices. Just drive on by and go somewhere else to eat.

I love Long John Silvers and this one did not disappoint. Some reviewers mentioned that it took too long for their orders, but quality takes time. Took ours about 15 minutes. If you want fast food maybe try a buffet. The staff was friendly and our food was delicious. The only reason it was 4 instead of 5 stars is because they ran out of hush puppies. Other than that great food!

I’ve been to dozens of different taco bell over the years. But this place, for some reason is slower than molasses in the winter. I think the drive through and door dash get priority over walk in customers in a way that has a lot of people waiting at once for their order. This has happened a few times in the past as well…. The wait is even longer if I order fish .
The food is always good here and that may be the only reason I’d go back.

We ordered a meal and it took 20 mins to get our food. Our meal was not complete, so I asked for the rest of it and it took another 15 mins to receive 5 pieces of shrimp. One of the employees practically had her butt hanging out, it was disgusting. I honestly don’t even know why we stayed, we should have asked for a refund! Customer service was completely unacceptable, barely acknowledged the customers. The crazy thing, is that the restaurant was barely busy. It should not have taken as long as it did. This was not worth the wait or the money.

This location prepares your food fresh when you place the order. Therefore there will be a few minutes to wait. The staff is always friendly. This location is shared with a Taco Bell and is often busy. The dining area is not very large. Since it is so busy here the lobby is not always clean but the staff does work to maintain it.

I ordered a fish and shrimp platter, and I was told I wasn’t getting any shrimp because it was still frozen. And they weren’t going to defrost it. I also didn’t get any coleslaw. I paid for the platter and only got half of it. Do not order the fish only order tacos.

Horrible. I waited 35 minutes for my order of 1 been and cheese burrito and 1 soft taco. 1 meal of a fish a chicken and fries. 35 minutes. Both of my items from taco bell were wrong. I got like 5 or 6 French fries with my meal. I opened the container and asked the employee if they always serve this many fries with there meals because I think I’m missing a handful.
