Incredibly rude staff. I was shocked at the manner my father was spoken to while he was asking for assistance at the counter when we had been ignored since we walked in. If he had not come all that way just to have Long John Silver’s I would have had my family walk out and leave.

Food was out quickly, but was just ok. Actually the food was more greasy than I remember. Probably the last time I eat at a LJS a very long time. Also didn’t care for the attitude of the lady who took our order…sarcasm doesn’t come across well from some people, especially from a stranger who is taking your order, if it was actually sarcasm.

Went through the drive through window and the food tasted like it was left over from the previous day but the dog had no problem eating it. I have been eating at LJS since 1980 and at 30 or more of there restaurants and this has been 1 of the worst I have had from any of the LJS and for this reason I had to lower my rating to just 1 star. This comes down to poor management

Worst food ever. Drink filled half full mac and cheese half full and dried up. Threw it away. Fish and chicken dried up and cold. They need to close if they can’t do better. My daughter and I had this for the first time and we loved every bite. The fact that it was with a Taco Bell just made it that much better! The staff was great and it was a very positive experience. I look forward to going again soon!

It was horrible. I don’t know if the food was old or if it’s always this bad. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon. I ordered fish taco combo and my husband ordered shrimp and fish. You couldn’t eat it. It was greasy. It was cold. The french fries definitely were sitting around a while. We will never be visiting long John Silver’s again. A real disappointment.
