We don’t have LJS where I’m from so anytime we have one near our travels, we stop. Fryers were changed before we got there and oil was not up to temp. They said it would be about half an hour and then some to then cook our fish. So we left and came back. Even though we ended up with the wrong shrimp then what we ordered, Elias and staff did everything to make the long wait right. Thank you

Drove over 50 miles to learn Long John Silvers is closed – fire. Boarded up for 2 years!!. The website has nothing indicating this nor does Google hours which was confirmed by the business 7 weeks ago. Bad business.

This location is the worst. The mess up even the simplest of orders. The long John silver side has had a broken fryer for the last couples of months according to the manager.
Too top it off the floor is so dirty, oily and just disgusting. I almost fell on my rear walking in the door with ten inch logging boots one.
Someone in the Taco Bell corporate office needs to come retrain these folks. It’s that bad!

We traveled a good 45 minutes for a hush puppy craving. We happen to get there when the friars were being changed over. We said no problem we’ll be back when the oil heated up. They made sure we got the first fish in hush puppies out of the new fryer oil and we’re so cool with us. The staff here is awesome.

Ordered a fish dinner and a fish/chicken dinner from the LJS part of the menu. The ONLY good thing about our meal was the drinks (I guess they can’t really screw that up). Fish and chicken portions were about one-third the size of what we usually get, not to mention rock hard and greasy (like they put expired food back into the fryers and “recooked” it – UGH! ) The “fries” were rock hard and unable to be eaten as well. The hush puppies were like marbles. We threw away 95% of our $20.00 meals.
Overpriced, not freshly cooked/fried, ludicrously small portions, and they probably do not change the oil at the proper intervals. We will absolutely never go there again, and I would warn everyone not to go there either. You’d get the same results throwing your money into the street!

Haven’t been in awhile since I rarely do takeout, drive thru was wrapped around the parking lot going inside took me almost 20 mins to get my order after waiting 10 mins for someone to notice I was ready to order, and the dining area was not clean. I’d rather make tacos at home. Food was cold by the time I got home. Lesson learned

Update: Service went way down hill and my Mexican pizza tasted like plastic. The restaurant smelled like a gym. What happened to this place!
The food was great but it took forever after I placed my order and they messed it up. I asked for soft tacos and they gave me hard shells. The delay was all the other orders they messed up. Not a big deal. Loved the Mexican pizza now that it is back.

The fish and shrimp I ordered were soaked with cooking oil, and the only flavor they had was that which comes from a dip in a dirty fryer. Even slathering it with cocktail sauce didn’t make it edible. After a few bites I couldn’t continue.
On a positive note, the Taco Bell items we ordered were very good. No issues there at all.
The staff was pleasant enough, but the tables were dirty and I had to clean one myself in order to have a place to sit and eat our meal. I’ll likely return if I’m in the area, but I’ll be avoiding the Long John Silver’s portion of the menu altogether.
