I waited 2 minutes JUST to order. I had to SCREAM to the microphone. THERE WERE NO CARS IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF ME. I have now waited 14 minutes with 1 truck in front of me, but even getting my order yet!!

It had been many years since I had eaten at Long John silver’s. I looked very much forward to eating at this restaurant that has been there for decades.
But the food was disappointing maybe it was just see inability to live up to my expectations?
I think the people there were nice they did a good job!

This location is pathetic and in desperate need of rehabilitation. The bathrooms are disgusting and very outdated. The entire restaurant is outdated. The last few times I went in for the last month there was a sign on the menu stating “the grill is down” so I couldn’t get what I wanted. They could at least put the sign on the door, so we don’t waste our time going in.

Food is good and service is fast and friendly! Came here after trying to go to Bob Evans and waited for I’m not sure how long and when I didn’t see anyone moving toward seating folks I left. The girl behind the counter there just looked st Mr but didn’t move. This is the second time that has happened at that Bob Evans. They need new management perhaps? I won’t go back to that Bob Evans again but anytime I’m in Jackson I will just go to long John silvers!

Had to pull off to the side for order. Decided to go in. The restaurant wasn’t very clean, and I still had to wait a while for food. Fish was very greasy. I’m not sure why their fish at most location is greasy. I had to use napkins to squeeze the grease. I wish they would resolve this problem.

This family restaurant is a great place to grab a great family dinner. The crew is super friendly. They always have room to sit and enjoy a good hearty seafood (or chicken) meal. They have a classic kinda vibe. You feel at home when you stop in to eat. At the time of this review they even offered an “all you can eat” option on Sundays.
