Stopped at 7pm to get some chicken planks to go. The chicken was so hard I could barely bite into it. Definitely not fresh at all. The cleanliness of the building left a lot to be desired. I was the only one in the building, got my food and drink cup and then had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get a straw because they were talking. The staff was very nice though and polite. Just overall a disappointing experience. I understand it’s fast food and I could understand more if it was right before closing time but they are open for another 3 hours.

We had stopped eating at KFC, but after a long busy day, we decided to give it one more try in Clinton, Arkansas. It was clean! The food (fish and chicken dinner) was wonderful! Met the new manager – she and the other staff were actually working! Expressed how much we enjoyed our food.

This used to be a nice place. No more buffet. The floor and tables had food scraps from previous customers. The wait for our food was long and the food was not fresh and hot. Even tho we were dining in, our food was brought to us in a carry-out bag. I wanted to call the owner but couldn’t find the number. All the hot tables and serving tables appeared to be there for a buffet, but this long after Covid, when other places are going back to normal, this store is not. We should have gone on down the highway to the Western Sizzling. We were very disappointed.

I had the chicken planks with fries and hush puppies all were caught and very very fresh. Things that I recommended business do is put a pot machine for dine-in customers so the employees don’t have to fill them which they had no problem doing.

We were happily surprised to see this combo restaurant, as we traveled. Food was prompt. Fish a bit greasy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean, including bathroom.
