Do not eat here. You will get sick. We were served raw chicken. Also, one of the cooks had his pants down below his butt showing off his whole underwear. Once again, do not eat here. This place should be shut down.

Not the fault of the front line employees, but this location was vastly understaffed for the amount of business that was there. The soda machine was out of ice, the dining area desperately needed cleaning, as did the bathrooms. They were out of some items and the food I was served was over-cooked yet cold. Next time we will now that of there are more than four cars in the drive-thru, we need to go elsewhere.

Long John Silver’s used to be my favorite fish place… Not anymore. I drove over an hour to get here because of a craving… Big mistake. My wife and I waited for 20 minutes for our food to be ready, when there were only two other couples in the dining room. When we FINALLY did get our food… I found that a piece of my chicken was half raw… TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and there wasn’t a Long John’s Silver here too. The cashier was not speaking clearly and very softly. When I ordered a 4 pc barbecue chicken meal, he didn’t know what to do. 15 minutes later when I got the food, there was more skin and grissel than meat. The biscuit was the size of a 50 cent piece and 6 tablespoons of coleslaw for 18$ was awful. No wonder KFC are closing.

They gave our order to another costume, so we had to wait for them to remake our order. They didn’t even offer to give a discount or comp any of our food. The fish tasted like lard and all the food was cold.

I had not had LJS in years so I was looking forward to going when we had to go to Freeport. The place was very clean and well maintained. I wish the rest was as good. The staff was very nice but it took a very long time for each order to come up. They had plenty of staff so I’m not sure why it was like that. My chicken was overcooked and I couldn’t even cut it. The fish was good. The hush puppies and coleslaw were fantastic. I’ll think about going again when I’m in the area but I’m not in any rush.

Drive through service was great, and personable. Even the gentleman who brought my order out was super nice. Food was good, it’s hard to find a Long John Silvers anymore and this one did not disappoint. Hot food, good service, definitely recommend!

We had to wait in drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to order. Ordered a fish and chicken platter, a 2 fish combo and 4 extra hush puppies. Extra hush puppies were missing, my 2 fish was chicken, the food was inedible, over fried and super salty!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The 2 hush puppies that came with my autistic child’s meal were like rocks!! We were excited because the town we live in doesn’t have a KFC or LJS but now feel like we wasted $35! I’m disabled and can’t afford to throw away that kind of money
