Order was wrong charged 15.49 for 6 shrip and coleslaw no fries no pop wanted a different item went in and pointed that out and was told that’s not what I ordered pointed out the other two meals were wrong and not made right had the lady tell me it’s right 3 popcorn chicken in my famous bowl scoop of potato and a little bit of corn and gravy had a two piece fish dinner got a Pepsi with it which was diet. Which it was not supposed to be fish was under cooked.
Pointed that out they argued with me. So I called the store when I got home. And got told that they will have their higher up. Call me tomorrow. Still had to make dinner. Would not recommend to go there!!!!!!!!

Food was hot and service was professional. Ordered three piece chicken planks meal with extra crispy batter pieces. I would go back there to eat again. I’ve never tried the Kentucky fried chicken there as we always get the long John silvers food.

Absolutely horrible food both mine and wife’s hush puppies were hard as a rock couldn’t even eat them at all my chicken planks were undercooked and the extra shrimp were all rubbery. Last time I ate here 7-8 years ago was a similar experience with poorly cooked food so apparently they haven’t changed much. This was all Long John menu btw. Bet part of the meal was the coleslaw but that’s kinda hard to screw up. Definitely recommend avoiding if you don’t want Long John Silvers ruined for you. I will never go back here I feel nauseous as I type this review

Went he once to order a family meal from LJS and the kid working there had zero clue what he was doing. It was almost like I was talking to a rock so I had to drive away and take our business somewhere else never to be back. How it’s still in business is beyond me.

Got a coupon for fish in the mail. Drove down to get it and was informed that they had changed their prices today and they didn’t have to accept coupon if it didn’t ring right in computer. What?
Drove to window and asked for some crumbs since they didn’t put any in last time. Was told no, they charge extra for them now. For something they would just throw out.
Got my food, and the fish pieces literally looked like they were cut in half from last time I was there. Fish was very thin, probably a half inch or less. More breading than fish, and greasy. Was never greeted or thanked for my business.
This place needs a visit from corporate to explain how the customer is the whole reason they have a job.
So dissatisfied, especially with the tiny fish pieces. Do better!

I used to love Long John Silver Chicken. Came to Clinton Iowa and had a 2 piece Chicken. The flavor of the chicken was awful.

Went for lunch, prices didn’t match the board to my receipt. Then said it was going to be 5 min. 35 min. 15 min into it I walked up to see what was talking so long and omg this is what I got “Can I help you” oh boy was I mad wanted to blow but husband didn’t let me! And he made me wait for the fish that was overcooked! Just terrible. Then went to the bathroom and the toilet has that scum ring around the water line with poop all stuck in it! Just gross Place should be shut down!

My Husband and i went today for lunch. What a joke The guy who waited on us looked liked he just got out of bed.we waited on our food for 20 minutes. it took him 10 minutes just to place our order.we got our food our fish was burnt and dry fiies were greasy we will never be back Culvers from now on

Cold dried out chicken. I ordered a “family” meal with six pieces of chicken. I was supposed to have four sides. Well, they were the individual size. So for a “family,” each person might get a tablespoon of each side. This place is ridiculous. Definitely not the quality that Weaver Enterprises used to be.
