The chicken was undecooked especially the breast and thigh. Still pink almost red next to the bone! The coleslaw(my favorite) was dried up on top like warm and no juice. The drive thru attendant lethargic and distant, the only words she uttered toe was my total and even that I barely understood. And did not count my change back to me from a 100.00 bill. II scoffed at the owners comment on the website for this branch. We WILL NOT be returning to this one. Charlotte has the best all around as far as I’m concerned.

I was told an hour before close that they were out of all Long John Silver’s items because they already shut down their fryers and the remaining had been purchased. When I worked in the food industry, we didn’t stop making new food that soon. Good to know that the food they had was old.

Newly remodeled store that is shared with KFC. I dig the giant UFO-style chicken bucket in the middle of the lobby. Staff were very busy when I arrived but they got my order correct. I thought the fish was undercooked and the fries were definitely soggy. Like whimpy soggy. Hush puppies were tasty tho.

The worst long John silver experience ever. Hush puppies over cooked in old grease. Fish sandwich had black all over it from a dirty strainer, I only assume. Shrimp were so small I thought they were popcorn shrimp. ( you will see some of the black from the strainer on the shrimp in the picture provided. And on top of that I had to spit the shrimp out. I’ve never spit shrimp out in my entire life. In fact, I hold the record 2 years in a row as the all you can eat shrimp holder at Red Lobster. I will now NEVER eat at this establishment again. I’m down to only 3 places I’ll go now. Good luck America!

Came from out of town and had a great experience. We came after the lunch rush and the place was quiet and clean. We ordered a family bucket immediately and before we even finished filling drinks the food was ready. Chicken was fresh and hot. Fastest fast food I’ve ever had!

Today I was extremely impressed with this KFC/Long John Silver. I got there ordered and he told me he wouldn’t have the chicken done for 10/15minutes due to morning call ins. I was willing to wait. My food was all very hot n very fresh. Some of the best chicken I had from there everything was good and I was impressed as well with his customer service and manners as well as thanking me for understanding. A++ today
