The service was very quick. The food from Long John Silvers was very greasy with too much salt on the fries. Not sure about the Kentucky Fried side but I doubt it was much better.

We haven’t been here in years. Coupons came in the mail, so we tried it again. The food was really good. The person I had serving me was nice, but barely. All of the branches of ( long John silvers ) that I have been to have really went down hill. I don’t know what they did to loose or mess up their fish & chicken. But we used too good. Their all the time even as children. I’m 54. Their fish and chicken used too always be a golden brown. Just like the pictures

We travel alot. All over the USA .
And used to love. Long John silvers. But over the past 5 or 6 years Their food is dark brown like rust on a old piece of metal on the bottom of a Ohio car. That leaks oil.
You can’t even taste the the fish or chicken. Because it is saturated with oil. But the service was very good and friendly. And very clean.

Awesome speed food was done by time we were done ordering but that also had it’s flaws the food didn’t taste right. Was it sitting for too long? Why was my fish not greasy like other long johns. The only good think I can say was the macaroni was good that was about it.

I love LJS, and was looking forward to going there. The guy at the counter was very pleasant but the food was awful, you could smell old grease and the food was greasy and you could taste the taste of old grease. I was very disappointed. How can they be very clean if they use old grease? I won’t be returning to that one. Which is sad because I love LJS.

Why can’t you order fish straight from the frier?Our store only provides food already sitting in the warming ovens. Fish is usually warn inside but the breading is soft and mushy, not crispy. That happens when breaded fish or anything sits for a short while. It does not stay crispy. Many of the fries were burnt and should have been discarded not served to the customer. Employees had to see this but didn’t care. Fast is good but quality should far exceed the speed at which you prepare food. Hope it improves, because no one wants to see a buisness fail. Good luck.

Usually no complaints. Food is Usually good but when I visited a few days ago, food was Not Good! They need to change the oil once I’m a while. Everything tasted burnt. Hopefully next time it will be better.
