I didn’t want to even give the one star. The food was horrible! They made us wait for 20 minutes just to get old, hard and over cooked food. The boxes were not even full enough. The only fresh thing was the hush puppies. The service was horrible! I am so tired of paying a lot of money for terrible food and terrible service! This place should shut down!

The blonde woman at the drive thru window is rude. Told me there was a 4 min wait for fries and I told her that was fine. She said “of course it is” sarcastically. Then they gave me small KFC fries instead of fresh LJS fries with my “platter” that didn’t even have the hush puppies and the fish and chicken are burnt, cold, and old. She didn’t even give me a copy of my cc receipt. I won’t be back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Stopped by LJS to pick up a carry out order; they were really busy. The staff was friendly, quick & efficient. When we arrived, there were 2 people waiting inside. As we approach the counter, one of them stated he was waiting on 6 shrimp, in such a way as to indicate the wait was excessive; he actually told us multiple times that he was “just” waiting on 6 shrimp. The second man was puffing his breath as if he was angry. We ordered 2 combos. I got 2 chicken strips and fries, and added a fish strip, with a Pepsi. The wait was excessive considering they weren’t busy. Once at the table, I discovered my fries were cold. The Pepsi had plenty of fizz, but the syrup was thin as if it was going empty. The fish was very greasy and left an unpleasant “coating” in my mouth. The hush-puppies were so greasy as to be inedible. My impression is that the cooking oil was too cold to actually be cooking in it. The chicken tenders were barely passable for taste, though they were greasy too. The cracklin’ batter chips we received were blackened, burnt, and nasty. We were not offered any condiments such as tartar sauce or ketchup, and had to go back to the counter and ask for them. The young African American girl who took our order was pleasant with us. But the other 2 people in the cooking area were not making any effort to get things done.
All told, this restaurant should be closed and the people retrained. The manager should be removed and replaced. Other reviews here seem to indicate that this type service is common at this location.
How can Long John Silver’s or KFC allow this place to stay open as it? I will never come back to this location, and it will be a LONG time before I go back to another Long John’s.

So I go to long John silvers all the time but this is my first time at this location and I am very unsatisfied the food portions are way different then any location I have ever been too and the shrimp I always get is ridiculously small at this location I always get shrimp from long John silvers and I have never seen shrimp this small at any other location

This location has bad facilities maintenance on the inside and the owners (not necessarily staff) are not keeping up with the ceiling tiles, chipped counters and other issues in the dinning room. The staff is trying their hardest I do believe that, but they are struggling to keep up, my food was mixed up out the drive thru and I had to go in, they were polite and worked to fix things but I had a total wait of just under 30 min from drive thur and inside. But they did fix the order and the meal was good. If you can have patience and understanding you’ll get your kfc/ljs fix. But if your in a hurry or have higher expectations this is not the location for you.

First of all very important point. Don’t blanch your fries more than one time that’s a horrifying thing second of all if somebody orders chicken please do not put a piece of fish in there. I don’t like fish I can’t stand the taste of fish it physically makes me throw up I ordered an LE and ended up getting a piece of chicken and a piece of fish again I hate fish. The only good quality I can give them is their hush puppies were fresh other than that close this store immediately
