Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to Long John Silver’s – Michigan Ave.
After craving your food for over a year, I finally made the trip to this location and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The customer service I received both at the speaker box and at the window was disappointing. However, what concerned me most was the quality of the food.
I spent approximately $25 on my meal and drink. Everything tasted as though it had been cooked in old oil and left sitting out. There were burnt pieces of fryer debris on both my fish and chicken. The corn was hard and dried out, and although the coleslaw tasted fine, it was warm. I attempted to eat the meal but ultimately had to throw it away due to the poor quality.
It is one thing to experience unsatisfactory customer service, but serving food that is not fresh or properly prepared will certainly result in lost customers. I kept my receipt and would like to request a full refund for this purchase.
Please let me know the next steps required to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

They are understaffed and the guy Omar the counter could care a less about assisted the front counter.
A young black girl, didn’t get her name was as efficient as she could be and was busting it to get things completed.
The gosh was over cooked.
Potatoes and gravy were good. Hush puppies were good, fish was horrific.

I ordered the 2 fish combo (comes with a drink, 2 hush puppies, a side, and 2 pieces of fish) and 3 shrimp on the side. I didn’t want a drink, but the lady taking the order did not tell me I was paying for it anyway until I asked at the window, and I went ahead and got one since I was already paying. I asked for extra hush puppies as my 1 side (and she said that was fine), but I did not receive them, so I paid for a side that I did not get. The 3 pieces of shrimp (for $3.99) were pitiful and had either been sitting under a heat lamp all day or were old, or re-fried or something. They did give 1 extra piece of shrimp, but none of them were edible, so idk why they even put it in the box. On top of all this, parts of the fish seemed to have raw breading, even though the outside seemed to be fried pretty hard. Maybe it was all just old?? Idk, but I won’t be back.

Wow I’ve loved long John silvers since a child but this one is the only one left in central Florida. The food was horrific the chicken was just oily, nasty and soggy never in my life I’ve tasted a long John silvers so bad. The owner needs to retrain his staff or hire people that can actually make it or care to make it..disgusting…only bright side was the girl at the drive thru was nice and respectful but that’s it…so disappointing gave me major diarrhea my suggestion to the owner if he’s not gonna improve his long John he might as well get rid of it because he’s running people away from his restaurant, he could be making so much money from us long John fans knowing he’s the only one left…this was my 3rd and last time giving them a chance

Worst silvers I ever been to. No vinger at at in the hole place. 1- red flag. 2- Fried in burnt oil. The came out the side double doors filthy. No napkins. Drove 25 minutes to get. Yuck ate 2 fish 1 chicken cause I had low sugar thew the rest away. Even the crumbs were burnt. Sad day for Long John.

Went through drive through about 4pm was the only one in line ordered 8 pice fish and chicken family meal and 3 piece shrimp there was no shrimp in the bag and the fries were old and cold service was slow they parked me brought my food took for ever asked the lady is there cocktail sauce for my shrimp she went in got me some but didn’t have brains enough to realize there’s no shrimp in the bag never again!!!

Terrible service. Black guy at the front taking orders was confrontational, zero customer service experience. Don’t go here if you want to feel hostage and poorly treated. They also don’t do water cups, it makes you wonder why. Food was not good either 0/10. So much for the last LJS in Orlando area. Save yourself the trip and don’t come here
