I was so impressed with the great customer service I received from my cashier, Yabets. He was so helpful and fun. I really appreciate him giving me great recommendations. Also, my order was right. I had a large order. I got napkins, sauces and my food was hot and fresh. I was a little skeptical coming over here cuz of the neighborhood and the feeling I get when I come over here. But I’m glad my reservations were laid to rest. Thanks to his service. I look forward to coming back. I have the atmosphere I 3 being generous due to the general perception of the area and neighborhood. But the restaurant looked clean. I didn’t check the restroom though so I can’t speak on that. But I didn’t feel like I wanted to dine in though. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Maybe I showed up at a odd time but I went in for lunch and ordered the chicken tender combo. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were just about KFC quality but my tenders were tough, I wouldn’t say even though, really hard as if they were cooked earlier and had been sitting. No moisture, just dry and the sauces didn’t help. I usually opt in for just original recipe chicken since it’s the signature and they rarely mess that up.

Offered and usually made me pull up and wait while they “cooked fresh fish” 30 minutes later ( nobody in drive thru or lobby ) brought me my food. Hush puppies were hard as a brick and rhe fresh fish was so overcooked you couldn’t chew thre it. $22 not alot of money to them I get it but to me it was $22 wasted. We couldn’t even eat the trash and there was mo point complaining because let’s face it, it wouldn’t have done any good. These places should be shut down forever. They rob you of your hard earned money and don’t give a damn if you can even eat the slop they serve you. Horrible and should be put out of business.

I was a constant customer of LJS years ago. In recent years, to find one open is rare. So, when I noticed one on Memorial Drive I had to stop…trying to get that old thang back…lol
Joking aside, the customer service was satisfactory but the food was horrible! First of all, my order was wrong. Second, the food was hard, greasy and tasted old. I’ll never dine there again not even in the drive thru…ewww! It was gross. Made me ill. Don’t waste your time!

Everyone was hard working. It’s been years since we’ve been at a Long John Silvers. Food tasted great just like when we were children. Food was cooked to service and fresh. If you want fresh food, be prepared to wait 20 mins.

It’s rare to find a Long John Silvers now days so when I see one, hungry or not, I’m making a uturn & dining there! I made a uturn & of course did not regret it. The fish was cooked to order so I had to wait a bit but it was so worth it! Fish was hot & fresh. The sides were supplied from KFC lol & did not disappoint.

It took 22 minutes or trying to talk to the manager (who was behind the cook counter) and he wouldn’t come out to talk
You could see that he had not hair netting despite very long dreads. Another woman and I were there with the same food and service concerns. after trying to talk to the manager for 22 minutes, I left– my food was still not ready.

Food was over cooked. It was supposedly fresh but salty and over cooked. Brought back wings abd wedges just to mess them up. I had them redo the wedges. Some things will never be the same. The barbecue sauce is horrible. $15 of foolishness.
