I wasn’t happy, I ordered two fish and shrimp dinner, and while the fish was breaded fine and it tasted good, the shrimp was partially breaded, should say barely breaded and kind of had a rubbery feel to them, it was like they had been overcooked.
I spoke with the manager and told her about it then she says “I didn’t see it”, lucky for us both I took a picture.
She offered to make it good, but I was tired and just looking to call it a day.
I believe she is a good manager but the help is letting her and the customers down.

One of my Favorite fast foods and we dont have them anymore where I live! Im here in Clemson for work and got so excited when I seen LJS I did read thru the reviews and they weren’t to good but I said let me judge for myself….Well I wasn’t disappointed my food was hot and fresh and ofcourse greasy but to me LJS has always been greasy!! I went thru the drive thru was greeted quickly and in a very friendly manner..Might even go back tomorrow evening for dinner…lol..

Always long wait times and the good is extremely greasy. My chicken wing had long feathers so clearly the chicken wasnt clean. It’s worth the extra few mins to go to bojangles or popeyes. I have no idea how this place remains open

The fish was very greasy the shrimp tasted day old, very tough to chew. The French Fries were hard. The sweet ice tea had no sugar in it at all. This meal was not worth $11.99 I told the sales clerk the same thing. I should have asked for my money back. But I certainly won’t go back again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything was hard or burnt. Kids couldn’t even eat their biscuits. Waited almost a hr for my shrimp and fish platter. The only thing good was the root beer. Not to mention the lady doing register couldn’t speak English or speak loud enough to hear. The floors in the kitchen were disquisting. Will not be eating there again.

We ordered a three piece wing meal. I got two wings and a back. Not what I ordered. We also a two piece chicken plank dinner. I couldn’t eat the fries they were so hard and I had to pour out my Sierra Mist it was all carbonation. Very disappointed in KFC and Long John Silvers. Also, are cashier never greeted us. She asked for money and handed us food. Rude. We were there 3/10/22 @7pm.

The food tasted like month old grease. The employees were beyond lazy and disrespectful. My wife asked for a refill and the guy had an extremely hateful attitude. He was propped up against the wall and he acted like it was an extreme inconvenience to get her a refill. If the tea containers and ice machine had anything in it, she wouldn’t have even had to ask. The floors and tables were filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. We won’t be back!

I went in and got my food because the drive-thru speaker was down. It took a minute to get my order taken at the counter, however, I only seen 3 employees in this place on a Sunday night in Clemson during football season? Bad scheduling or just no help? These people were running back and forth all over the place. A guy spilled an entire drink in the floor and the manager sent a guy from the back immediately to clean the lobby floor. The manager was changing the oil in the fryers (at 7:00 on a Sunday night) I would assume, as someone who has worked in food service for some time now, for a manager to be doing this mid shift with limited employees that it was due to a customer complaint about the grease. Is policy not for this to be done after closing or before opening? These people did not seem to be bad or careless employees….they seemed to be doing the best of their ability under the circumstances and yes— I’m giving them an A for effort in a world where most people are giving none. Thank you to the folks who DO show up and do the jobs that no one “wants” to do.

The store is absolutely disgusting. Floora are sticky and employees aren’t wearing gloves. The fish was overcooked and they dont give an adequate amount of fries. Plus their prices have also gone up about 2.50 a plate. Ridiculous.
