Not good! Small Long John Silver selection. Fish was oily and not from the fish, chicken was terrible, super cold in the restaurant and the two cooks where out smoking on the side walk talking shit about the customers that came through earlier in the day. Best part was the lady at the register! Such great customer service!

Where do I start? The manger was rude and barking orders to her staff..the cashier wore the same gloves taking money that she did serving food.. Not to mention it took 45 minutes to be waited on while she attended the drive through first and foremost.The same cashier poor soul had to run lobby and drive through by herself. .There was several customers came and left because the wait time was too long.. I would not advise this place if your short on time!!

Got2 of the 3 piece fish dinner, everything was fresh and taste was good. Fish and hushpuppies were not burned. Messed up the drink order. Ladu at the drive thru window sounded like she needed the day off. It was a little busy but not horrible. Still would recommend due to the cook.

It was strange. I walked into the KFC/LJS restaurant to get a fish sandwich. The menu board was 75% for KFC but there were some LJS fish meals. However there wasn’t any fish sandwich. So I asked the guy if I could get a single fish sandwich and he said I could. That was it. And then I waited while many meals were prepared for drive thru. And then a mobile order patron came in and left. Finally a couple came in and ordered some chicken meals and received it before me. Then I was brought my simple fish sandwich. In my car I opened it and it was literally a dry bun and a piece of fish. No lettuce, no cheese, no nothing. Thank goodness I opted for 2 packets of tartar sauce. As plain as it was it was edible. But I’ve never had a fish sandwich anywhere before with literally nothing on it. And why it took so long made no sense either. Oh well the KFC chicken the couple got looked pretty good.

The food was too salty and they messed up a simple ordere 3 times . The cashier was sarcastic and offensive. The manger was just as unruly , impolite and just not nice. The incident occurred at the sunset Blvd. Location on January 26 around lunch time . They weren’t busy and now I see why . I will never go back .

The dining area was so nasty that should’ve been my sign to not order but I no longer have a Long John Silvers where I live and decided to give it a go anyway. Whooo big mistake! We were not advised that it would be an almost 30 minute wait. The fish was so freaking greasy that even 5 napkins couldn’t drain it. You can see the grease on my hands! I’ve been to the one in Anderson, SC and it was nowhere near how greasy this fish was. Eat here at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

I went there for long john silvers and its barley there kfc has took it over this is not what I call a full long john silvers… Spartanburg sc has a full long john silver no other restaurant with it and it is really good food and service here it kills it because its a mix

Overcooked fish. LJS is a treat meal due to the high calories. The person serving my meal should have known the dark brown fish was Overcooked. This was takeout so I did not know until I got home.

Was told by an employee that he doesn’t fill up your fries or wedges to the top but only half way. One of the shift leaders corrected him but make sure y’all check your order. Pretty slow as well. Maybe due to be a Saturday and nobody in the store. Not sure

Im a delivery driver and I receive a lot of offers from this particular restaurant. The service is atrocious, the staff acts as if they dont even want to help you. They will give you an attitude of you ask how much longer it will take for your order to be done. Most of the time I see customers waiting atleast 20 minutes for their food. When you walk into the store there will always be atleast 3-4 people waiting in the lobby for their order with no one taking orders at the register. This is the worst location I have ever visited and I dread receiving doordash orders from them. The food is often cold as well, ive received complaints from customers saying the food was cold when it arrived. Terrible store
