If I could rate it a zero I honestly would have. I came one time and thought okay maybe they’re having a bad day we are human. The second time I came , it was the same service I’ve been in customer service well over 10 years and they are very dismissive , they show a bad face for the company , they almost look irritated that the had to work to serve us food that we paid for. Don’t see myself being comfortable of even coming back. ☹️ I really liked the food.

Ordering at the drive through is challenging, the traffic noise can be extreme at times. I ordered a number 10 but got a number two, I believe. I was passing through so I didn’t have time to correct the situation. And to my surprise, I enjoyed the chicken.

Hadn’t had Long John’s in forever! I think it tasted even better than I remembered! The service was great, our table was clean and the food was fresh, hot and delicious!! Most restaurants took a nose dive after COVID-19 hit. The food and service isn’t as good as before. But not this Long John Silver’s!! I know we will definitely make the drive to eat there again.
