Ordered a 9 piece, got 8 “pieces”
Not sure how a 9 piece chicken and a family size order of fries fit in 1 box used for the 3 piece combo.

First time trying Long John’s and it was pretty good. Got the fish and shrimp combo with waffle fries, hush puppies and corn. The fish and shrimp were seasoned pretty well. I thought it was going to be too overwhelming with the amount of fried food in the box, but the corn helped to balance that out. Their tartar and cocktail sauce were also pretty yummy.

Edit to reply to your reply: thank you but no thank you. We do not want a voucher to return for anything. That food upset my stomach so much I had to take several doses of Pepto Bismol to settle it down. Not interested but thanks.

I’m from Oklahoma and we have very few Long John Silver’s. I was visiting church family and we drove by this store on the way to the airport. We were so happy the store was open for dine in. I have had enough take out and eating in my car to last a lifetime. I’m supporting restaurants and promoting locations who see dine in customers as a value and not a burden. Thank you to ALL the staff at this location. Your store inside and out was clean and comfortable. The food you produced was wonderful and delicious . You made us feel WELCOME and appreciated us dining with you. You’re awesome and keep it up. Thank you

It isn’t just “about cheese”. (BOTH of your reviews start with the SAME EXACT sentence, which means clearly you also aren’t educated enough to realize your fake email profiles were connected ). Please grow up. You are a full grown woman. How about instead of going on reviews, you ask your Upline for more training on how to work in a customer facing setting and spend your time online with something that will be an investment? Working at LJS shouldn’t be this triggering for you. Yes, people want what they pay for. It doesn’t matter if it is a side of cheese or if it is a $20 item. Your responses to my review are childish. Neighbors in the area agree — judging by what is written about you on the Nextdoor app. It’s about customer service skills, which clearly you have none. Maybe also take some grammar classes as well and learn capitalization and punctuation? If this is your lifetime career, I understand why you are stuck in life and angry enough to lash out at a paying customer’s issues that YOU caused.

They no longer give much cheese sauce. You’re still paying the .99, but the past few times, it’s been a half filled 2 oz cup for the same price. So, paying a dollar for .5 oz isn’t worth it anymore. Like, why even charge for it at this point?
The cook with the bonnet on in the back is rude and very impatient with the other staff. She claims she is the store manager. If this is true, then it makes sense on why this location has been less than expected the last few weeks in the evening time. If it isn’t true, then the real store manager should maybe work a week in the evening to observe. Girl, we get it. Economy is crap and work is hard, some of us working 2-3 jobs and some gigs on the side. We just want our food hot and edible. I promise, people ordering food from your establishment isn’t a personal attack on you, lol, lighten up.
Cashier was super sweet, but I could tell she was over the condescending remarks and attitude from her.
We’ll still be returning, but leadership needs to get some coaching in on the staff.

There used to be one of these where I live, but they took it away. It has been years and years since my last visit until tonight. The two gentlemen at the counter taking orders were as nice as they could be and the food was hot and tasted really good. My kids enjoyed it too. Those cold mugs with root beer were everything!!! * we got lucky today because he said the shipment of mugs had just come in today. I wanted my kids to have the cold mug. Too cool.

I called this place at least 15 times to get them a message about my delivery order and they failed to answer the phone for an entire 30 minutes. I have never ordered from a place that doesn’t answer the store phone. I could have been an employee or just as I was, a customer! This took away from the entire experience over left out condiments. Seriously answering the store phone also helps from getting written reviews like this one. You could have handled this issue in the restaurant if there had been any real leader there to ensure the restaurant phone is being answered.
