I ordered a number 1 combo to go and it arrived very quickly. I should have figured out it was freshly made but I don’t. The two pieces of battered fish and the fries were awful. They were grease soaked to the point of dripping. The fish were similar to a grease soaked sponge and the fries were equally bad. I don’t know how this place received any good reviews based on my experience. It should just close it’s doors

Waited over 15 mins for my food in the dive thru then I got this wasn’t told anything besides here’s your food. Ordered an item at the drive thru menu and then got to the window they said they didn’t have said item they forgot to tell me. I won’t be going back for awhile

I used to really love Long John Silvers until they decided to shrink the size of their fish. This makes people mad and stop buying their products. Too bad they succumbed to the same thing alot of companies are doing and is costing them store closings. Farewell Long John s.

The location is somewhat untidy, and the service is extremely slow. The faucet in the men’s restroom squirts water when you activate it, and the soda fountain is quite unclean.

We showed up at 2pm on a Monday. Ordering went smoothly enough. Our meals came out together, but we waited 15 min for our first drink, and another 10 for our second. Thankfully my daughter got a fountain drink, so she at least had her cup right away. I never realized how salty fast food was(or maybe it’s just this place) until I had to choke it down without a drink. We had to ask for cocktail sauce with the shrimp, and had to ask for utensils for the Cole slaw. They plumb forgot the cheesecake we ordered, and when they brought it at my request, big surprise, had to ask for utensils. I know what you may be thinking, but no there weren’t any utensils by the drink fountain. A few straws, by which I mean I could count 6 of them at a glance, but no utensils or napkins.

Cons: Very poor customer service, high prices for low quality meals, and extremely (I can’t express this part enough) long wait times.
My drinks are usually either half full, have almost no ice, or is melted down already by the time I get it.
So why do I go back?
Because my kids and I love root beer and cheese curds and sometimes I convince myself they’re worth it.
