I visited this Long John Silver’s/A&W location recently and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The restroom was extremely dirty. The trash can was visibly grimy, the sink area showed buildup, and overall it did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time.
Additionally, the area around the front register leading into the kitchen looked neglected, with visible dirt and grime on the floors and surfaces. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any restaurant, especially in areas where food is prepared and customers walk through.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, because the current condition does not meet acceptable standards for hygiene or customer experience.

They should be sued for false advertisement. Their chicken strips are the size of chicken nuggets. Waffle fries were old and stale. Restoom, Kitchen, and dining area was filthy. We got half of our order and was told rest was cooking. Waited 10minutes just to walk to the counter to see it just setting in the open. Will not be back

App was full of coupons so I got a basket and hush puppies for $3 , can’t beat that . Food was fresh , hot and delicious. Even without sauces , because they didn’t give me any . Workers that I seen me didn’t acknowledge me and the one who did was rude or just very blunt .
Another positive were the hush puppies. Very big and cooked perfectly. Not under or too dry!

Tonight was my first day back in the workforce after 14 years as a stay-at-home mom. I was exhausted, nervous, and relieved all at once, and I stopped in here with my family on the way home. Jolenea, who was working the front, somehow picked up on all of it. She went completely out of her way to congratulate me, make me feel celebrated, and even shared her own experience as a working mother. In a matter of minutes, she made me feel seen and uplifted on one of the most emotionally significant days of my life.
She didn’t have to do any of that. It wasn’t her job. But that’s exactly who she is (you could just tell). The kindness, the warmth, the genuine care for a total stranger. That is an incredibly rare quality, and this business is lucky to have her.
Everything else about our visit was great, good food, no complaints. But Jolenea is what made it memorable, and she is absolutely the reason we’ll be coming back. If management or ownership reads these reviews, please recognize her. She has more than earned it.

I went through the drive thru after driving 7 hours from Texas. I love LJS and the service was terrific! I will be going back before I have to go home to Texas. My 16 year old dog loved sharing the fish with me.

Idk what caused it, but there was 2 people working when I showed up and they were doing their damnedest to get everyone’s food out on time, they were super polite despite being obviously overwhelmed, apologetic for any delays, and got all of my food out quick, correct and hot, and it was definitely not a small order, 16 piece family meal takes a lot, and they still got it quick. They got a couple more workers in as I got my food, probably just that shift change, but they were definitely running understaffed but still kept things on time. I’ll be back when I’m in OKC again, loved the food and people working

I loved it. I hadn’t eaten here in years but it was the same great, hot food. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. The Coleslaw was fantastic and now my favorite. Most of the meals are $11 and some change, plus tax but it was well worth it. The hush puppies are huge and fluffy. You won’t be disappointed at this place.

The restaurant was kept clean and employees were moving orders efficiently. Manager on duty was a polite person.
Overall a good experience, classic American style battered fried food.

Super busy during lunch time. We dined in and there was a little bit of a crowd for the smaller sized interior. The lady working the register was also working the food line and delivering food to the tables. All the employees seemed to be engaged in their work and were not standing around socializing. The food tasted great for Long John Silver standards, nothing was burnt or over done. Our order was correct which is impressive since the lady was multi tasking and still remembered who ordered what. The only downside is that the interior is very outdated and a little dingy looking but the fountain drink station was clean and the tables and floors were clean.
They do have public restrooms but keep them locked and will unlock them upon request due to homeless or other people that try to camp out in the bathrooms.
