Slow to receive our order when dining in. Went up to check on it. Sitting on kitchen counter i asked do you bring the food to us ? They said yes. No other person was in the restaurant. I said there my order yeah I know he said waiting on crab cake. Well our food was cold.

Didn’t want to inform me when I picked up my mobile order they wasn’t able to make chili cheese waffle fries and didn’t know until I got home and than returned back to store and than get told after the fat I went back to have it corrected they also didn’t give me two cheese cakes I ordered and only put 2 pc fish in a 3pc fish meal.
I love Long John Silvers but his was my first experience of it doing it wrong and not being informed the customer service part needs work with the communication with customer

I used thier online app to order ahead. I was delayed, and arrived 15 min after my food was supposed to be ready. They were out of what I ordered, but didn’t tell me when I checked in. 10 min in line later, I was told. So I took a simple Fries as a substitution. 10 min later I pulled away and realized, they STILL screwed my order up. 20 min wait for online order and still the wrong food. Won’t be going back.

I love their fish and coleslaw. The coleslaw is the best! I like how you have 2 different restaurants so the ones that doesn’t one Long John Silvers can get A&W. My son always wants to eat a burger so it works out well.

Not even sure where to start. The food was not worth the $30 I paid for it. The waffle fries were not edible, they were old and re- cooked. The fish was cold for as lo g as it took us to get out food. We were the only ones there. Only in town for 1 night so don’t have to worry about me returning.

Staff is as sweet as pie, try polite and pretty fast table service. Food is fresh, hot, made to order. I find the sodium levels seem high because the saltines is like WOW! DANG! Overall I am a repeat customer and plan on continuing to be.
My only problem is that it is just too quiet in here seemingly drab and just lonesome. But there’s a drive through if you don’t want to go inside.
I’ve never tried the A&W part so I have no comment on the burgers and that side of the menu.

First of all it was filthy inside the restaurant. Second, they close their grill one whole hour before they actually close. I wanted to order grilled shrimp but was told that only fried items were available. If I were the owner of this business I’d be pissed. Why don’t people care about doing a quality job anymore? It’s bad for business and reflects poorly on the management of the this store. Take pride in your job and focus more on customer service.

Drove almost an hour because I was craving LJS fish and chicken. The fact that this store is also an A & W doesn’t hurt either, I absolutely LOVE the root beer. Staff was super friendly, food was fresh and hot, store was clean. I hadn’t been to this place in about 4 years but now I have been twice in the last month. Large selection of menu items to pick from. I will definitely be back.

One of the nicest fast food places in the city. Food and service were on point. Get the chili cheese waffle fries. They give you a whole side of chili and cheese to put in your fries. Not just a little dollop. Love that.

Mens bathroom was nasty,toilet was full of you know what, probably hadn’t been cleaned all day . Should have checked the condition of the bathroom first, then I wouldn’t have bothered to order here.
