Service was good, food was very good, and cooked to satisfaction, save for the hush puppies, they were very greasy and undercooked, possibly did not have the oil hot enough.The chicken portions were dainty at best.Wanted salmon but we’re out. Other than that all was good and still a decent value. Would eat there again

Food: Food was good but a pricy for fast food. I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo with hush puppies and an upgraded side to a cheese curds for $14 plus tax and that did not include a drink.
Atmosphere: Atmosphere was outdated. It hasn’t changed at all since I was a child and I’m now 36 at the time of this post. Furniture is the same and in the exact same spot, the mural on the wall is the same.
Menu: Pretty limited. Especially if you wanted something off the a&w menu. All I could really find was single cheeseburger, a double cheeseburger, a Swiss and bacon cheeseburger and there was something else but I don’t remember. And of course chili cheese dogs. Everything else was Long John silver’s.
Service: Can’t really speak bad about the service but also can’t add anything good. The guy behind the counter seemed irritated to be at work. I get it no one likes work but you’re in customer service… At least try and be friendly.

9/2024 5* Restaurant was clean. They had Pepsi products which is a great advantage for me! I got from LJS and the Chicken Planks were fantastic. Crumblies completely unhealthy but yummy!! Great place to eat!!

Third time going there. Third time they screwed up my order. I didn’t even bother bringing it up this time since I wasn’t overcharged this time. Burger no tomato with fries and Mountain Dew. She asked what else. Added cheese curds. Asked anything else. Added root beer float. Got food. Got a burger with tomatoes, cheese curds and a root beer. Strike three, never coming back again.

I had my husband pick up a shrimp dinner last night. He told the girl he wanted cocktail sauce and he got himself some clams. When he got home, I opened the box and there was no cocktail sauce, no hushpuppies and the shrimp was like rubber. Once my favorite place to go will no longer be a thought. (The shrimp also looked about half the size that they normally were).

Food was really good and hot. Service was seriously lacking at best. They didn’t get the order right and couldn’t care less about helping. Cutlery and condiments were empty and their holding containers were in need of a cleaning.

Haven’t had Long John Silver since the 90s and was passing through so decided to stop. First let me say the workers were very friendly and I wish I would have gotten her name to give her a true thank you. Second…. Hush puppies omg how I missed you lol third the store could use a face lift but I won’t hold that against them considering the workers.

The staff member taking our order couldn’t have seemed more annoyed that he actually had to work that day. All he said was “anything else”. He didn’t greet us or thank us or even acknowledge our requests. He did not ask us if we needed any sauces and became irritated when we requested honey mustard and ranch sauce. Completely rude. Food was good and hot. Chicken looked smaller then before but good. Service was extremely disappointing.

I was in the mood for some fish, just wanted something different. Opted for the fish and shrimp special for $5.99. Drinks not included. Employees were slow, real slow taking my order. Once I received my food (to go) it was definitely hot and freshly cooked. Very tasty shrimp and fish. Didn’t eat the fries, just didn’t want them. Yes I’ll give them another try in a a year or so.

I eat here about once every 3 months or so and the food is always fresh and good even the fries if you want them from there. The employees are also very nice and friendly at least to me they are! 10 up !
