Ordered food at 2:24 pm according to the reciept At 2:44 I was standing at the counter with a very angry look on my face. An employee asked me if I was waiting and I said yes for the past 20 minutes. She asked my name and then said it’s only been thirteen minutes. I reiterated it had been 20 and she once again said no. Only thirteen. So ok, I guess I’m lying then.

We get our food and we are missing 6 hush puppies. They say that they just dropped more and that they will bring them out in three minutes. Wife is not happy but sure. Sit down to eat and not only are the onion rings under done, but one of them was completely raw. The batter was still liquid. Then when my wife opened her hamburger the lettuce was completely brown soggy and disgusting. After biting into the hamburger it was gray and underdone. I would not let her eat it. We never got our hush puppies and ended up throwing away 3/4 of the meal. Wife demanded the money back for the hush puppies.

I wrote a report on LJS automatic report site and got a “we’re sorry” automated reply with a 5 dollar off the next meal. There won’t be a next meal.

Haven’t been here in a long time. We did dine in. The place was cleaner than I remember. Very nice lighting at the tables. The cashier was very nice. With two kids screaming she was still very nice. The food was hot and very good. Great customer service. Under new management and shows.

The sign says meet the new manager. The only reason I would want to meet them is to tell them how terribly ran this building is. There was only two cars in the drive thru line yet it took over 20 minutes to get my food. I had one minute to eat my food when i got back to work. We only ordered two two piece fish meals. They also got our drinks wrong. The main appeal of this place is their A&W root but we got Pepsi instead. The hush puppies were undercooked and they barely gave us any fries! Never go here for lunch they are unable to work efficiently or accurately!

Went though drive through. Battered shrimp was still wet in places, Fish was not crunchy, even the cross cut fries were under cooked. Best thing was the hush puppies, nice and crunchy. Flavors would have been there if cooked completely.

Two stars overall because the food was mostly fine (though the curds *were* a bit overcooked and, for some reason, the shrimp I ordered on the side were placed in a completely unnecessary second container, so nice waste).

I got to the store and placed my order at, probably, around 4:40. There were two vehicles ahead of me and the cashier did not let me know that they were busy the and the store certainly didn’t look busy from the outside. I placed the order and sat there. By the time I finally got through the drive thru, I paid at 4:53 and waited another five to ten minutes before I was given even my drink, let alone the rest of my meal. When I was finally given my meal, I told her I’d been waiting for twenty minutes from the start of my order and asked how that was at all acceptable and she said “We have a full screen of pick up orders, it’s buy one get one free, and there were people in front of you.” No apology whatsoever.

I can understand being busy, but not warning the customer is already not okay. I could have not wasted my gas and gone inside to wait. Or gone somewhere else. If I’d kept someone waiting for their meal for 20 minutes when I managed a fast food restaurant, I’d at minimum be apologizing for the wait if not doing some kind of comping. If you’re that busy that you can’t fulfill a single screen of orders with the staff you have (a single screen isn’t even that bad, ngl), you need to call out for other staff. If you can’t, you need to *hire* more staff. And you certainly shouldn’t have a promotion that doubles your workload. I love LJS’s food (though, I do miss the regular fries. Not a fan of waffle fries) but I would not recommend going here as long as they don’t have the staff to actually run a dinner rush.

I used the drive up, the young lady taking my order was clear and friendly, she let me know there would be a slight wait time as they were making everything fresh for my order. When I arrived at the window she greeted me with a smile, I had requested an obscene amount of tarter sauce as I informed her how much I loved there sauce she said no problem I completely understand she continued saying she lived the pump tarter sauce better I agreed she gave me back my card and went to get my order. When she came back she said I have some tater sauce from the pump and some packets in the bag for you in a separate bag so it won’t get warmed to much from the food. This young lady went above and beyond to make my experience and meal wonderful. Good was excellent and the service was great I have not had a bad experience with this location.

I’d give a 0 star for this place. Upon arriving at 8:30pm, we were told food would be ready in 20 minutes because they were cleaning the oil pans and we were okay with waiting. While ordering I noticed They had all their chairs up on tables, a guy was out in the lobby with his dirty apron changing the trash as if they were getting ready to close. We ordered 2 family meals each, which ran us each about $42 for dine in. Everything they brought us was hard and cold as can be, and the station for condiments was all completely empty. Nothing was available. Terrible, terrible experience. I had not gone to eat there for over 1 year and was disappointed. I will never recommend this place. The guys there provided terrible service.

I was shorted chicken on my order. As I was already on I-80 I called the store and spoke with the night manager Kendra. She was very polite and accommodating! I told her I would be in town the next day and she told me to stop back and she would replace my meal. I did that and she did replace it. She was awesome! Very polite! We need more Kendra’s in food service! Give that girl a raise! Thank you Kendra!

Ordered fish and chicken dinners times 3. This was a togo order so didnt look in the boxes. Got home and…wheres the chicken. When did the chicken turn into tiny tenders? And the waffle fries were like rubber. The fish was good but if you are going to make the dinners smaller you need to make the boxes smaller to match the size.
