Haven’t had long John’s for years, thought it would be good to try again, disappointing. The staff were great and friendly, other than that the highlights are few. The fries were cold, my chicken was luke warm which was unappetizing as it sounds. Napkin holders on the tables were empty, condiment containers were empty and it’s not extremely clean…… My sweet and sour sauce didn’t seem right, but it has 6 hours until it expires…. There was plenty of seating…..

Ordered a root beer fish and shrimp platter. I would say I don’t know if they can’t read or don’t care but I know they don’t care.
Forgot the shrimp and gave me some lemonade.
There always super rude when I go there and they even mess my order up in person.
Do we just not take pride in our work anymore is that to much to ask.
God forbid your asked to do a job you signed up for and do it with respect.

Placed a mobile order at 6:44 October 13th, spent $87. Lobby door was already closed so went thru the drive thru. I did not receive 2 platters of the 2 fish 3 chickens and 4 sides of cheese curds. Went back thru the drive thru and had to explain like 3 times at the window what I was missing. Had to then wait for the food to be made again. They said “we put some extra hushpuppies in” when they handed me my new bag, figured awesome they got it right then and went home without rechecking. Got home, did have 2 extra hush puppies for the original mistake but was given 2 fish 1 chicken on one of the platters. And all 4 sides of cheese curds were burnt. WENT BACK AGAIN, this is now the 3rd time thru. Passed them back the food so they can see. Explained I need a 2 fish 3 chicken platter with 4 sides of cheese curds. Had to wait for the food to be made AGAIN. Again thought they probably got it right, went home, again the platter is incorrect. I did receive 5 pieces this time but it was 3 fish 2 chicken. Thankfully the 4 cheese curds were not burnt this time. Not going back a 4th time even tho my order is still not correct.
Hushpuppies were definitely overcooked as well, ordered 24 on the side and most were so toasted it was like eating a ball of crumbs.
Just disappointing tonight when usually they’re good.

It had been awhile since I ate here and when we went in we noticed how worn down and dirty it looked. We ordered and had friendly service. When we got our drinks we noticed ants…in December.. two dead landed in my friends cup. We waited for our food to be served before mentioning it because of the other patrons. The staff quickly wiped down the drink station and said problem solved. Never gave him another cup. The food was great but that was an unforgivable offense in the food industry. We’ll eat at cleaner establishments in future.

This location is first and foremost a Long John Silver’s that also happens to offer A&W menu options. However the A&W menu is limited to their standard combos and ice cream items. Stand-alone A&W locations have additional menu items to offer. Service is friendly and efficient. Sadly, like every LJS I’ve visited over the past year, the food (while fresh and flavorful) is oddly lukewarm in temperature, when in the past it’s always been steaming hot upon serving. Atmosphere-wise is where this particular location really excels compared to the other LJS’s I’ve frequented. All the other ones I’ve been to the last couple of years have stripped down their maritime decor and painted everything a plain, ugly white color. Not this place though. This LJS feels like it should with lots of fun sea-faring themed decorations and a warm, inviting wooden brown color. The A&W mash-up also provides a jukebox that customers can use with classic rock/pop songs playing in the restaurant. This particular location is out of my way compared to others, but I intend to revisit it the first chance I can. But please LJS, do something about heating up your food.

Today I walked in to long John silvers with hopes of speaking with the general manger, when I got to the cashier I asked to speak with him ( he was standing right there ) they told me he doesn’t want to speak with me I asked is there a better time and I was told me he can’t because he too busy but only 2 people in line the kept giving me attitude its was pure disrespect and animosity. He was playing music from his phone and serving food with no gloves!!! this location of ljs has to be the worst

We decided to get LJS tonight and it was a bad experience. We walked into an empty restaurant with at least 3 employees working. No one acknowledged us and we waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before I finally got the attention of one of the employees. They proceeded to argue over who is supposed to take the order. The person cooking the food paused to take our order, rather than the other employees who didn’t look too busy.
After we placed our order we found the only clean booth in the restaurant and waited 16 minutes for one meal. No one else was in the restaurant so not sure why it took so long.
The chicken is good but TINY.
Not a fan of the condiment packets, it’s just not the same.
The restaurant was filthy, trash on the floor, table tops and booths with old food. And it smelled like sewer.
This was the first time I left LJS without ringing the bell.

This place has gone incredibly downhill. The food was cooked in old oil, there was a lot of dark chunks on the fried food (and NO, it wasn’t pepper!) The upholstery was torn on at least one of the booths and tables were chipped with a desperate need of a new paint job. However, the root beer was DELICIOUS!

The food is great. I made a online delivery order and a good portion of my order was not delivered. This isn’t their problem but I called to notify them I need the rest of my order and was told I could come pick it up. I drove there and was no t given an apology or coupon or anything. Just a thanks. I didn’t want to drive 20 mins there and back, that’s why I ordered delivery. I don’t usually do this but it really pissed me off…
