It has been a while since I was able to eat at Long John Silvers…or A&W, for that matter. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it all tasted. The flavor or the fish is one-of-a-kind and unforgettably cravable. The chicken has a similar, but equally good flavor. I remember actively disliking hushpuppies when I was a kid. The hushpuppies that I had today were the first ones that I have ever had that I would search out again. They were wonderful.

I ALWAYS have a LOVELY time at this location, Store 31696 … from DELICIOUS FARE and CLEAN environs to a COMFORTABLE atmosphere and folks, ESPECIALLY DEONTE, DELANEY, ROBIN J and CONNOR, who are WONDERFUL models of STELLAR service!!

This location shares a menu with A&W, which means there is authentic cane sugar root beer on tap to accompany your fish combo!
The food is great, the service friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed in a ’60’s diner style. There’s even classic rock/pop music over the sound system! Very conducive to a relaxed and tasty meal!
We loved coming here before 2020, and now that they’re open again, we’ll be back to enjoy lunch even more!

The food was overcooked and hard. Place was dirty.Tables hadn’t been washed or cleaned… The fish and chicken was half the size.It used to be….

The Parking lot is so raggedly and tore up that you don’t even want to drive your car through there….

I haven’t eaten LJS in a long time. Everything was as I remembered except the cheesecake. I remember them having a pineapple cheesecake that was so good that I would buy two or three at a time. The new cheesecake is not as good.

I had the best experience tonight. I wanted to use the BOGO but the Ap kept giving me an error. The manager, Deante, was so AWESOME!!! He gave me the deal with no hesitation. Now thats Exceptional Customer Service.

Food was good. The service was a little chaotic, but the manager was friendly and worked things out. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were clean. We’ll go back.
