It took forever to get to order, over 10 minute wait in the drive thru. Once we ordered it took another five plus minutes to get our order. There was a bag of trash directly under the drive thru window. Located in a dirty parking lot that needs more lighting. Several people behind us left because of the long wait time.
We ordered two fish and six shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. The fries were old and cold. The fish was decent. We only received FOUR shrimp, although we paid for SIX.
We will NOT be back to this location. Please hire more employees and change your oil more often.

I ordered through the app for pick up I’m happy I went inside I was able to wash my hands and check my order. I was missing a whole meal the worker explained on their end it doesn’t show how many quantities I ordered. It just all comes through as a DoorDash order even though I ordered from Long John Silvers A&W app. I ordered two of the same orders but it only came in as one the worker was happy to make my other meal with no problem. He even gave us two free drinks. The food was fresh

See the photo for a LARGE popcorn shrimp. It was smaller than their normal regular size. This has happened two times in a row. I waited to ask if this was correct and no one came to the window for ten minutes and so I drove off. Popeyes, please bring back your shrimp!!! $7.59 for 4 ounces.

To begin with no one greeted me for any 5 minutes. I finally saw a Kiosk where I ordered my own food. My wife got chicken and fish and the chicken was so tough you could not even chew it. The restaurant seating area was nasty and we saw a worker with a cleaning bucket on the food line and after he dropped the rag in the floor continue to clean with it. We ordered clam strips and we only got just a few not even a whole order. My stomach have me some trouble after eating there so I would stay away until someone makes some changes. Where is the food inspector? I would love a surprise visit on this place.

This location really needs to work on itself. Everytime I come here they forget food, sauces, and or give you the wrong size stuff.
The most recent time I went to this establishment, I ordered through the app thinking that it would make it easier on the staff to get my order correct. Yet I had to ask for my drinks( was given smalls when I ordered large) , missing fries for every single one of the combos I ordered. and had to come inside to get the sauces that were also on my order. When I complain to the man at the counter, he rolled his eyes at me and said we’ll go ahead and remake your fries. As if I was lying to get extra food. All I wanted was to receive the food that I spent my hard earned money on. I was supposed to get two large fries, but instead was given two small a&w boxes with 6 fries each in it…..I decided to not fly off the handle, even though I wanted to. They bagged up all my food again, and still forgot my malt vinegar and tartar sauce!!!!!!
Who eats ljs without tartar sauce… I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER. I’ll take my business to captain ds

Employees leave you sitting at drive thru for over 10 minutes. Do not speak to you. Got my order wrong but charged me full price and never fixed it. Then tried to give me a wrong order

I sat at the drive thru order board waiting to order for ten minutes. Girl took my order I sat as next to drive to window for another ten minutes. I gave up and went to McDonald’s and had food 4 minutes after ordering.

Pulled off I 270 to eat at this location. The doors were locked? Did not see but on car in the parking lot. Assumed it was closed. Arrived there right around 12:20 pm. We just walked over to nearby McDs to eat and left our car in the lot at L&Js/A&W Root Beer. Came back after 1 pm…noted someone going thru D thru. I went inside as doors were now unlocked. Told manager I had wanted to eat there so why did he have the entry doors locked. He said he did not have enough help to open the dining room. ThEN why didn’t he put a sign on the entry door that the drive thru was open? Let’s face it, this place is horribly operated. What a poor excuse… the manager followed me to the door, gave me the look…and opened the other entry door. It really wouldn’t have mattered as they didn’t have any DR customers anyway…but 1 table.

This was nasty! I ordered the fish and chicken. Fish was ok, chicken looked like a rats tail. My side of corn was brown and swimming in used oil. For a meal like that cost $16.98 Unacceptable.
