Even the appearance looks closed down. But fora different taste Brett andi said let go for it. The chicken tenders on the menu are non Existence. So I order chicken planks. Tasted awful like it was rubbery. The fries taste as tho the grease was not hot enough. It’s almost 8 pm and the sign says they are only open. 230pm to 830pm. He order 2 planks of fish fries and hush puppies. His fries were soggy also. And the 2 pieces of fish I’m sharing in the photo below.
They are building customer service they advised us.
That’s suppose to be two piece of fish and it’s the size of 1 cut in half.

I liked the salt and shrimp sauce condiments they gave with my 8 shrimp meal including green beans and cole slaw, but somehow they forgot to put a fork with the bag. Fortunately, I had an extra one in my car.

Last 3 times I’ve ate there the food has been garbage. Fries taste like rubber and been under a heat lamp for God knows how long. Chicken isn’t any better and has the same texture as a Goodyear tire. Don’t waste your money because getting a good meal here is like winning the lottery; it’s probably not gonna happen.

While the cashier was AMAZING…the rest of the my dining experience was horrible. The rest of the staff was yelling from the kitchen to the drive thru, throughout the whole restaurant. When we finally got our food 12min after we ordered …half of our food was cold the other half was pippin hot. Some of our fish looked like it had been sitting in the back of the fryer for days. I think that the staff was trying their best but they could DEFINITELY benefit from more help in the kitchen. It was a hot mess. I will probably never visit this location again, especially since I live 2 hours away. I just stopped in because I hadn’t been to LJS in YEARS and I was passing through the city. Needless to say, it will probably be YEARS before I visit again.

I only hit one star because it was the lowest. The restaurant was filthy, unused equipment pushed against walls. Waited 30 minutes for food then order was incomplete, no hushpuppies. They were out of vole slaw, malt vinegar and cocktail sauce. Told them we were missing 4 hushpuppies and to let us know when they were ready. They forgot them again and we finally just got a partial refund. Horrible experience.

Worst service ever!
Jasmine was very unfriendly and rude.
I paid for a large sweet tea. Instead of telling me they were out of sweet tea she handed me a large cup that was only 1/2 full. She did not offer something else until I asked about the half empty cup.
When we gave our order we asked for vinegar and tartar sauce. We did not get any.
We had to go back through the line.
Besides no sauces, we only got 1 of the 3 cole slaws that was supposed to be on our order. We were also missing an order of cheese curds.
And we also had to ask for forks and napkins.
She acted like we were bothering her by asking for items she left off of our order.
She rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. Then went over and practically layed across the counter next to a male co-worker who was doing the same.

Never again! We waited 40 minutes for grilled shrimp, hush puppies and 2 fish tacos. Everything was hard and dried out. They really need clean house on this place and let everyone go or close down because this is freaking pitiful. And there is no point in saying your short handed. Everyone is short staffed either learn to overcome it or CLOSE DOWN!

I do not like this Long Jon Silvers. Not only did it take to long but they seem lazy to cook shrimp. It took over an hour to the food. They was unorganized. Top all of it found hair in the fish. I will not ever ever come back to this location. Should have went next door to KFC. Was not worth the 33 dollars.

Absolutely the worst Long John’s I have ever eaten at.They never have condiments. I was there 2 months ago and I couldn’t believe all the things I was told they were out of. I ask why hey were even open.Today08/23/22 was told straight up before I even ordered that they had no tartar sauce. I said ask who serves fish with no tartar sauce?The place was absolutely filthy nasty. I will never eat there again.Pathetic!Owner needs to have this place burned down!
