I really enjoyed dinner here! The food was good, love the options available, the root beer is served in chilled glass mugs and the decor is so fun! Yes, it took a little while to get our food, but that just meant more time to talk to my daughter. She got the A&W corn dog nuggets, I got the Long John’s fish and coleslaw . I will definitely be returning!

Let’s talk about Long John Silver’s in Paducah. Big changes have happened. Over the last couple of years there have been lots of problems mostly due to management. Things would be okay for a while then they would be bad again. On Friday I went in expecting the usual long wait and not really great food but I wanted the fish & clams. To my surprise the food and service were excellent. Everything was hot and fresh. The hushpuppies weren’t dense and even the new nasty waffle fries were decent. The same guy that took my order came by the table to ask how everything was and I told him exactly what I thought not knowing that I was speaking to the new general manager. We talked for several minutes. He is very friendly, personable and customer oriented. If he can get people that want to work, this is going to be a great place to eat again.

This place has always been disgusting. I layer of grease on the floor at all times and the wet floor sign is always out to cover their potential lawsuit. The only reason I come here, is because I love the chicken. Glad it’s deep fried, because I’m fairly certain what roams around when the lights go off.

I went through the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of me waiting to give their order. We waited in line for over 20 minutes to just get to the mic. As soon as I pulled up on was told to hold on. When I finally ordered, at the window I was told one of my sides was still in the microwave and was asked if I wanted something different. I was ok with that. I was also told that there were only 2 people working. Finally I get my order and drive back to work. Well guess what, half my food was missing and the food i did receive was old and cold. I tried calling the restaurant for it to ring 100 times with no answer. I left a message but highly doubt I will get a call back. I know I should’ve checked my order before leaving but it’s not my job responsibility to ensure the customers get quality food and their food! Plus the food is pretty expensive. Won’t be going back ever!

Ate lunch at this location sunday.. And have to say the food was fresh and hot.. However the restaurant itself could use quite a bit of updating.. Most tables were dirty as well as the floor. And several booths had torn seats..

I have been working in the food industry for a long time. So, I understand those last minute orders. However, your store is to remain open through business hours. Yelling from the back kitchen, “Its going to take 10 minutes to let the oil heat back up” is not okay. They should have never been shut down before closing time anyways.
