Went to this location today. Ordered the fish & shrimp platter and a side of large clams to go.The person brought it to my table and I said no I ordered it to go. Ok there. But when I got home just to find out no clams just a box of waffle fries.? Just pay attention to what is ordered guys! Was there 2 months ago and the girls got it right.

Ordered the fish plater and all we got was two hush puppies and two fishes. Servers were ready to argue when we went back to correct their mistakes and we wanted to dine in but it was a mess. This place went downhill since last year. I don’t recommend eating here at all.

Upper management needs to check cameras for this customer experience manager on duty was absolutely horrible. The staff were rude. They did not greet us and our food was raw. We have young children who can get sick off of this raw food. Nothing was done to make it right. When you spend over $60 on food, you expect to have it completely cooked with decent service you can guarantee I will continue to give bad reviews if this does not get fixed!!! The only polite crew member was the lady making the food. When the manager came to the table, she was extremely hostile when a manager was not asked for!

Food is fresh when you do go in. We love the Fish and chicken platter. I have always had great memories as a kid. It still brings those back when my kids ring the bell that I did when I was little. Thank you!

Stopped here after a long day of working starving. Didn’t even want this, wanted Bobs but missed the turn so stopped here. Peggy and Jose went above and beyond with friendliness. I was reminiscing about how I used to eat here 25 years ago with my Grandma. It was her favorite place. Thank you for being so nice after you having a long day.

Took almost 30 minutes to get my order. It was wrong. Greasy hushpuppies. Forgot to give me my 42 cents change and said it’s only 50 cents. I can’t open the drawer until I wait on another customer. Ugh. She did give me my 42 cents after a she waited on another customer. They have a tip jar at her register. Maybe that was the plan?

Never would I imagine writing a review for a fast food place but the service I was shown from ROD MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE the hospitality and service I was shown I had to shake his hand and thank him for my meal . All my food was fresh I will definitely be traveling all the way from east side Albuquerque just to eat here

Food took an additional 20 minutes longer than the website told me it would, and then they forgot 1 meal, and the other 2 meals only had half the protein they were supposed to. Staff was not helpful. Very disappointed.

I don’t have an LJS we’re I live so i eat LJS when it’s available and this place is one of the original looking LJS not mix with another company and I had place a very big order with them for a family reunion and they were on the ball food was fresh and taste great the staff was very polite and the establishment was very clean and homie feel would recommend this LJS to everyone
