I will say in my whole 46 years of life growing up eating at long John’s , today was great in every single way – outstanding customer service ,
great people in the kitchen and just an amazing atmosphere. I’ve never seen LjS that busy especially on a Friday night. It was really amazing over here in Midland Texas so anybody get a chance to come to the Long John’s on Andrews Highway come hang out on Friday night, it will definitely give you a whole town, small town family get together feeling time

This location in somewhere in the middle of Midland,TX and maybe a 10min drive from our hotel. From when we entered to when we left Tracy at the front was super helpful, and super friendly! She make sure our order was fresh and everything was right! If we lived closer and not in FL , this would be our regular goto for tasty LJ’s. Thanks Tracy!!

The girl at the drive through did not want to be there. Never asked us what sides we wanted with our meal, didn’t ask if we needed any tarter sauce or ketchup. Never spoke to us at the window except to give our total. ( it wasn’t the regular lady).

Tried to go through the drive through at 8:30pm (close at 10pm). They said they were “cook to order” so it would be a 30min wait. It doesn’t take 30min to fry fish and fries. They just want ti keep people from ordering when it’s getting close to closing time. Sad

I only went to the drive thru for Cole slaw and hush puppies but they were old and cold. The Cole slaw didn’t taste very good either. The smell in the parking lot and even when they opened the drive thru window was awful.

Tastes just like it did when I was a kid. The building could use a remodel but the workers enjoy their job (go during lunch to get the day crew).

Ordered a #10 platter, which is 2pc fish and 6shrimp. Only got 2 fish and 3 shrimp buried under lots of fries. I’m guessing someone wasn’t too good at math in school. Next time I guess I’ll have to count them myself.

Ordered a 2 piece fish combo with rice and fries, I added a piece of chicken for $2.50 on the side. Tell me why I got fries and green beans? Green beans look nothing like rice. And to top it off I paid $2.50 for a chicken nugget. WTH man y’all increasing prices and shrinking food portions. Hope y’all’s greed ruins your company.
