For food that is supposed be fresh out of the grease, our food was lukewarm. The lady at the window was so accommodating that she didn’t put the lemon juice that I requested three times in the bag. Maybe she was just having a Monday which I can completely understand.

Got to dine in so I wouldn’t have to clean up at the house. Been out of work for a bit because of a broken wrist, so nice to get out of the house. My last Long John Silver’s experience in another town, was not the best. This place nailed it and I thoroughly enjoyed it and rang the bell on the way out.

Normally I really like Long John Silver’s. However this time I was greatly disappointed. I ordered just 2 pieces of fish. When I got to the window and I paid and she handed me my food I asked for tartar sauce and vinegar. She said it was in the bag. I drove off into the parking lot stopped because I was gonna dress up my fish. And no tartar sauce or vinegar. So I pulled into the parking lot because I had to go in to this store to get the stuff I needed. I waited in line for the other person in front of me to finish. I told him that I was in the drive-through and had asked for the tartar sauce and vinegar and did not get it. And 2 people said oh you can go over there and get it. I felt that at least one of them should have said I’m sorry or showed some kind of concern. I wasn’t asking for anything special I didn’t want my money. I just felt like they really didn’t care at all!

I liked the salmon meal. Cooked well. The cook did great. The drive thru order guy even though busy did let us customers know that the wait was 5 minutes. Great job.
