Absolutely 5 stars for Long John Silver’s in Laredo! The food was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly — that crispy batter hits every time! The fish and shrimp were on point, and the hush puppies were golden and delicious.
The staff was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about getting orders right and serving quality food.
If you’re craving seafood that’s fresh and satisfying, this is the spot. Definitely coming back!

First time I come to long John after living in Laredo my whole life and omggggg the service was amazing! All managers greeting you and asking if everything is good, and the food came out pipping hot just how I like my food! I came on a Friday during lent and drive through was packed I had low expectations but food came out in 5minutes super hot and with an amazing staff asking if everything is good. Definitely coming back!

The food was Hot! Fresh! & Fast! Great atmosphere with a 1950s feel. The staff were very attentive to the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms. The family enjoyed every bit of it.

Table was dirty. It wasn’t CLEANED OR SINITIZED.
Bad food. It looks like they microwaved the fish and chicken. To reheat it. It was not fresh (see pic)
They dont offer drink refills. Which I would understand 6 months ago. But now restaurants like Whataburger offer refills. So why LJS dont.

5 stars. The cashier was very enthusiastic and helped us choose the best family meal possible. We paid $33 for a family meal enough for 5 people (4 adults + 1 kid) and 2 drinks. Great value and the food was hot and fresh. We got half fish-half chicken. The restaurant, tables and restrooms were clean and the condiments and fountain drinks were stocked and ready to serve. The cashier even came around to the table after our meal and asked us if we “enjoyed our meal.” Definitely recommend it and would come back very soon.

False advertising wanted to try this fish and shrimp combo for $5.99 ask for two combos when I check the receipt it was 7.59 each combo. At least let your customers know the real price
