Ordered three piece with one extra piece. Chicken was cooked with freezer burn. When meat is shined it kinda looks like bad meat being served especially chicken. Could not even bite it in half. Called management and he offered me a free side next time I come in. No customer service. I feel this needs to be taken to the health department, which I will tomorrow. If they would have attempted to make it right I could maybe understand. Owners need to relook at management.

I stopped by Long John Silver’s last night expecting a quick bite, and wow – they completely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and super efficient. The staff greeted me with big smiles, asked how my day was going, and even made great recommendations when I was torn between options. No long wait, no attitude – just genuine great service that made the whole visit feel welcoming and fun. The food? Straight fire! I got the classic 2-piece Fish & Chicken Platter with extra hushpuppies and fries on the side. That signature batter is insanely crispy on the outside while the fish stays flaky and juicy inside – perfection. The chicken planks were tender, juicy, and hands-down some of the best fast-food chicken I’ve ever had. Those hushpuppies? Golden, hot, and addictive – I could’ve eaten a whole bucket! Everything came out piping hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Even the sides were spot-on: the coleslaw was crisp and tangy, and the fries had that ideal crunch. The place itself was clean, bright, and smelled amazing (that fried seafood aroma is unbeatable). For the price, it’s an incredible value – generous portions that left me happily full without breaking the bank. Food was good. Service was poor. Waited 40 minutes for food/ went to counter, and told them, they tried giving me a plate that had been sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Need to step up game in service.

Ordered, waited 20 minutes until I went back to counter, oh, there working on it now! Regular menu stuff, nothing different. Ordered well done fries…not.
Had to go back because they forgot cocktail sauce too. Small restaurant, hard to find a seat (was lunch time though). Mediocre food, not as good as it used to be. Not worth the price, go to Regular sit-down restaurant, pretty much same price.

Small dinning room. Only 10 tables. Just built and clean. This place is fairly quiet and good place to eat if your not in a rush. Food takes awhile to get but always seems fresh.

Me and my wife are at LJS and it is horrible the food is way to greasy the shrimp ain’t cooked all the way the hush puppies aren’t soft and the waffle fries kinda have a stale bite to them LJS used to be great the old way was better this is not worth time and money sorry guys don’t waste your time also the fish is not the same either and the chicken is small sorry LJS but you shoulda kept it the same I paid 26 dollars for this c’mon.

Tried it after tge remodeling. Very nice inside and out. They are short in staff like all other businesses. The lady that took my order explained it would be a wait, that’s fine. Fresh food, and the wait was only 8 minutes. Of course there was a male Karen here telling everyone he waited forever for his food. If that was true, he should have left. Instead he has to make a scene.

Went to Long John Silvers to give them. Second try, was worst than first time.
Placed order at menu board and drove up to window, young girls were definitely worried about everything else but the customer, laughing giggling as if they were in high school class. Got our food and then proceeded to go to the sonic to grab a drink and then eat. When I opened my box of food, we’ll was disappointed, sadly food service, food hadn’t changed, my chicken strips were refried, looked like twice( see pictures) ,fish was edible, then came the coleslaw(again see pictures) ,coleslaw resembled some type of soupy maonaise with some slivers of cabbage mixed in,,,,again not edible. My husband’s food was Lil better than mine, he shared his chickens strip with me, but his waffle fries he got were old, again, not fresh, needless to say we have lost all hope in long john silvers, only thing that was on point was thier hush puppies.

So just left long John Silvers in Victoria TX and was not satisfied at all. I payed over $15 for 1 fish, 2 chicken, 2 sides and a drink. I went thru the drive thru planned on eating on the way home. Well when I went thru my bag of tartar sauce I was expecting to go silverware there was none. So now on to a store where I can grab some silverware and eat on my way h , now don’t get me wrong the food was great the drive thru service sucked.
