This LJS is outstanding. The food is hot, fresh, delicious! The workers are super friendly and the dining room is clean! Where else can you get fried fish and chips at this quality and this price? Nowhere in Houston! We love this restaurant and make it a point to visit once a week! Connie is the sweetest and most precious employee! They’re all so nice and wonderful to their customers! We are always treated so well!

Been eating at this location for over 5 yrs $18 for less than advertised, called to complain instant attitude. Mobile order shrimp bowl, 6 shrimp, Baja sauce, individual cheese bites and a mt dew. Shrimp bowl 1/4 cup of rice at most, no Baja sauce. Cheese bites 6 pcs 1/2” diameter, mt dew tastes as it’s watered down. They should have fixed it but instead I got attacked by the manager an aggressive tone demeaning me as if it was my fault for your employees making food bowls as if it coming out of their paychecks. They did not just loose 1 customer they lost an entire company from eating there. And to top it all off not sure how she did it but managed to block me from my mobile account.

Not a bad place last week we got food there and it was great, this week not so good, fish didn’t look like full pieces like the week before and food was twice as greasy. I get it this is a fast food place it going to be greasy but the week before food was on point, this week my family didn’t enjoy it. Please do better im driving from Pearland I like long John’s silvers dont make the same mistake the Pearland location did cause they ain’t around anymore.

I have the tendency to exaggerate, admittedly. Having said that, this was the best meal I have had in a while! Went through the drive-thru on Thursday night around 8:00 pm. It took a while for the food, but WOW! was it worth it!
The lady on the microphone was very kind and very friendly. The young man who gave us the food confirmed the order, and had a great attitude. Everything was perfect. The green beans were tender and smokey. The waffle fries had salt AND pepper, which was nice. The fish was perfectly crispy. I would proudly wait a bit for food like this! Well done!

The staff there is very nice, friendly, and helpful. My food came out hot and freshly cooked, and my special request was very nicely fulfilled! The restaurant and restrooms were clean. It’s a simple fast food restaurant setting so nothing fancy. I will definitely be coming here again!

Ms. T was very rude. When we expressed that their Tea was expired and our order was all fish she yelled at us. She didn’t give us our coleslaw and the waffle fries were cold and hard. But was already yelled at so I didn’t want to get screamed at again. We drive 2 hours to enjoy ljs and I’m very disappointed! This is the first time at this location that it wasn’t wonderful.

This may sound weird, but i love Long John Silver’s!!! We were going through Pasadena (Tx) and that’s when I saw it!! Sounds stupid, but they either closed all the ones near us or they won’t build one!! I can’t drive there all the time because it’s like a 30 minute drive… on a good day, but since I know it’s there and it’s a very modern building, I hope it’s not going anywhere. Food was great( hush puppies were a little greasy, but tasted good) service was fast, employees were super nice! I will definitely be back
