Do not recommend.
I got in the drive thru line which had probably 6 cars in front of me. While I was in line I placed my order online to save everybody some time. But when I got to the window the lady told me they still had to make my order and to pull back around because they had the guys food behind me ready. I was hesitant but I pulled around just be the 6th car in line again and wait another 20 minutes to get to the window again!!!! I don’t understand why I could have just waited at the window for my food. Then on top on all of that, my food order was completely wrong!!! They didn’t even look at my order!!! So stupid. Do not wait 40 minutes and spend $50 just for your order to be wrong. Go somewhere else.

I don’t know why most places can’t make fish this good, not to mention that most drive by missed this place , perhaps they think it’s mediocre quality, actually it’s very good food.

Luke Williams was the only employee there and he was friendly, positive, and the food was fresh and tasty! Having an employee who works under difficult conditions with such a positive attitude and customer service skills is incredibly rare. If the owners aren’t compensating him properly I’m sure another company would!
The state of the property in deplorable though. The parking lot is dangerous, the facilities are well-below workable, but Luke was still efficient, positive, and provided wonderful service. I’m not sure who owns the property or the facilities, but the state of it is shameful.

Omg, this place needs an upgrade in the worse way. The building is extremely old and unappealing. The interior is equally unappealing. The lady who took my order was good. Looks like only Gen X frequents the business which I would consider troubling. I used to love to come here when I was a child but I don’t know now. The food is classic LJS, but it’s different. I can’t put my finger on it. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. I hadn’t been there in about eight years so there’s a good chance I won’t. And I’m Gen X.

This is the absolutely worst burgers ever. I told them no lettuce or tomato and they changed me.15 cent’s for tomato. The pickles taste like cucumbers zero pickle flavor. Way too much mayonnaise on everything. Onion rings were overcooked and they change you $1.50 for them instead of french fries. The other french fries were refrigerator cold and half cooked potato. The parking lot needs to be replaced, the exterior of the place needs repainted and new wood. A& W should separate itself from Long John silver. Employees were in their cooking throwing gloves on the floor. I don’t care this place is independently owned this place is a DUMP.

I did not go inside but y’all should probably update your store at this location. Looks like the building is falling apart. BUT REGARDLESS lol LUKE is absolutely amazing! He took care of me made sure my order was correct and timely. Great customer service! This young man is going places!

Sometimes I like to have this kind of greasy, fried food. This place is filthy, though! There always seems to be a leak, with buckets to catch & wet floor signs to be sidestepped. The floors are nasty & perpetually sticky, the ceiling looks caked in grease. The staff are friendly, but I hate it that they have to work in such conditions.

Where to start. I got there at 11:05 and was informed there was no ice in the restaurant. Also was greeted to loud rap music playing throught the loudspeakers in the restaurant. I got my food and the fries were cold. how are the fries cold if you just opened? the place was in complete shambles and looked like a frat party happened there the night before. Dirt and food on the floor. Ketchup pump had oozed out and dried from a week ago. Go somewhere else period.

This was an absolute nightmare, Me, my mom and my brother were happy to eat here once again since a long time, and then when we got inside it was filthy and the floors were sticky and there was nasty trash everywhere! Wet floors, gross tables and seats, and when the lady called out our order, we could barely hear her, their slaw was stringy with weird texture and if I could I would’ve put a half star, never coming back to this filthy place again!
