Ordered an 8.99 L2 and was given a 1.99 fish meal. We were not given a receipt, but I didn’t think anything of it, because I’d been out all day and have stage 4 cancer, I just wanted to go home. When we got home my husband saw the mistake and immediately called as we got right back in the car. He was called a liar 3 times and was given excuses. When we got there I went in and they corrected it by putting the chicken in the box. They were all rude and I suspect someone’s pocketing money. My fave fast food joint just lost some customers. And the food is ice cold now. Fun stuff.

There was no prize in the $5 kids meal, and no substitute for it offered when I asked (after we’d payed and eaten) although on the A&W website it clearly states there should be one. I would not have paid $5 for their meals had I known otherwise. I could have easily fed them for less. I went to order (and pay for) ice cream cones for the kids instead, and was told they had no cones because they forgot to order them. The bathroom was also not well kept. Small stall was nasty, and the handicapped stall does not lock.

The ordering experience through the drive thru was horrible. The drive thru menu says meals come with your choice of two sides. I ordered an L7 the girl says it’s going to be 10 to 15 minute wait time, pull forward. I asked are you going to take my sides she said no it comes with cole slaw and fries unless you request something different. How do customers know that if the board reads your choice of two sides. I have never had such a rude experience. When I was General manager for taco bell I would’ve never tolerated my employees being so rude to customers. I will definitely let people know how bad the service sucks here.

I only give it one star because I can’t give it 1/2. Got there to eat I was told about not having much food to prepare. But they were out of most everything the cashier said they were closing permanently. When we got our meal it was more like scraps of chicken pieces and leftover sides for almost$20 for two people.I will not go back even if they stay open and I will not go to another Long John silver’s because they’ve always been good before but now they seem to have deteriorated. I do not recommend Long John silver’s any longer

My husband’s food was almost cold when we got it. One piece of my fish was piping hot. The other piece was not much more than warm. Very disappointing. Our shakes were delicious

If you go in at 9 grill is closed. But open till 10. How do you operate if you shut grill down early? Young staff needs to know how business operate, not shutdown till closing. What happens if you get a rush of 30 at 915pm. I guess you turn customers away? Not good operation. No ice cream either. Cow quit milking at 845. Condiments are thrown at you, since lobby is pulled apart early.

Third time trying this place was not the charm! First time the Root beer tasted like carbonation. Second time after 15 minutes my husband asked about our food, they replied “what food.” We had to show them our receipt to get our food. Third time we ordered an A8… coney dog with cheese and got a Plain Hot Dog. When my mother in law brought her plain coney up there the cashier was sarcastic about her wanting Chilli on her Chilli and cheese coney. I had the BBQ coleslaw burger and they left off the BBQ sauce. Seriously ridiculous. There are tears in the leather seating of all the booths and a trash can turned to the wall because the door is broken and they can’t manage to fix it. No pride in ownership. Never going back!

Horrible! Went to eat with my mom and a friend. The fish was hard and crunchy. Tasteless. Both my mother and myself got sick from eating the fish. Our friend had chicken and didn’t get sick. Paid way to much to get sick and eat terrible food.

The foods great every time. But the restaurant isnt clean. The Windows are all grimy and the bathroom is horrible. The bathroom wreaks of pee and you can smell it standing at the order here place if the doors opened. Id definetely go there again but only for takeout not dine ins.
