Workers were extremely nice. Food was fresh, hot and tasted great. Only reason gave it 4 stars and not 5 is its just an older building so bathrooms and stuff are aged. But that is totally expected since its in an older area. Appearances a side though it was exactly what I expected out of the place and will always come back to eat there.

Horrible service. I will never go back. It’s a waste of money. I bought just last week dinners for two and spent $17.00. The entrees should of came with chicken and fish, hushpuppies, and French fries. Very unsatisfied as I got like 6 fries and only 2 hushpuppies with two very small pieces of chicken and fish. The manager wouldn’t even make it right. Don’t eat here the quality of taste is also awful. Very greasy!!! Yuck!!!

The place was dirty, unclean tables, messes on floor, etc. When we came in, we waited about 5 minutes just for someone to come out and notice us. The food was ok, it was cooked quite a bit too long though. They did offer to fix this without us saying anything, but it seems a little odd that if they realized there was a problem that they would serve it anyways.
The staff was friendly, but it seemed understaffed. They catered to the drive thru customers more than the customers that came inside. We came at a slow time, not after a rush, so there was no excuse for the mess.

Either please review this location’s Manager in charge of operations or dismiss him/ her. Apparently the Manager needs to be replaced by someone new who might actually care about the customers AND the employees, there. My lunch was over 40 minutes late as only 1 Cashier handled both the Drive-thru service plus the front counter at the same time during a noon lunch rush with absolutely no help which was offered from a selfish Manager. Just unfair & very ridiculous.

The food was good but it turned out to be a very expensive lunch. I had to take my dentures out to eat. I put them in a napkin on the seat beside me. After eating I cleaned everything upland put in the trash. We got down the road on our way home back to Duncan and I realized I put the napkin with dentures on the tray and in the trash. We turned around and went back. There were only 2 other people in there when we left so we figured it would be easy to find. I started looking in the trash and the girl told me she took that trash out. I told her I had to find them because I only had them a few months and they cost me $750. I’m on disability and can’t afford anymore. She went to the dumpster and came back in and said she couldn’t find them. I looked in the trash can beside the one I put them in and it was full. I wondered why she emptied a trash that didn’t have much in it and not the one that was full. I asked her if I could check the dumpster. She took me back there and told me she would probably get fired for doing that. I told her I’d be killed if I didn’t find them. The dumpster only had 1 bag in it. She said it was time for her to get off work so she needed to go. None of it made sense to me that there was only 2 bags it could have been in and they weren’t there. She was just wanting to leave.

If the rating had zero stars that’s what long John silver’s in Ardmore ok. This place is dirty and the employees don’t know customer service. I made a 53 dollar order for my family and I and it took the 45 min to bring out the wrong order. So I called and talked to manager and he said to come in and he will give full refund I go back he isn’t there and his assistant wouldn’t give it to me waist of trip.

First time I’ve ever gotten cold food from long johns. Every other time it’s been made after ordering. Be surprised if I don’t get the squirts after eating this mess. You can definitely tell the kid at the window has his medical marijuana card. That or he has tortoise neurosis. Ugh!!

Food was ok, but they shorted me about eight pieces Of fish and four ears of corn, which I can understand as a mistake. But, when I went back to get my fish they said “she ain’t got no proof” and didn’t give me the fish fish I paid for.
Now mind you, I live about 20 mins away from this restaurant, so I wasted about fourty minutes of my time not getting what I paid for…

Well we have been sitting in the drive thru and no one has come to the window for 10 minutes now, the speaker is broken so we have been at the window and to top it off the lady with blonde hair walked passed us to go from the lobby to the back while vaping!! Are you serious?!?! We waited after that so we could try and get a phone number to the corporate or owner because it’s not their fault their employees are ridiculous. Then when the employee “mary” finally came to the window we asked for manager she went to get “Taylor” he said they can vape his is in his pocket pulled it out I do not want nicotine mixed with my food what if it spilled onto what my children would of been eating?? He said well he hopes we never come back because we expressed our concern about the vaping being around our food. I truly hope this is seen because it ahould not be allowed around food.
