I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Long John Silver’s. My order was missing several items — a fry, 16 hushpuppies, and coleslaw. On top of that, I was only given 8 tartar sauces for such a large order, which is clearly not enough.
This type of service is unacceptable. I never expected such poor attention to detail and lack of care from Long John Silver’s.

Got to say this was my most enjoyable trip to a LJS I have been to in a long while. The Fish and Shrimp platter combo was great and loved the cheesecake. Definitely coming back anytime I’m craving seafood.

I stopped by the new brand new Long John Silver’s in Shreveport and was really impressed!! I had the fish sandwich, and it was honestly the best I’ve had. The bun was buttery and the fish piece was actually huge with the perfect amount of batter. The hush puppies and fries were also crispy and well-seasoned. I dip everything in their tartar sauce which was also great!
The place is brand new and clean, and it’s great that they have a drive-thru and is just off the freeway! The prices are solid for the quality of food you get. Super hyped to have this here as the ONLY Long John Silvers in Louisiana!

So im glad we still have this place.. The food is different for everybody.. Itruely enjoy it.. Crums and all.. Service on other hand is something different.. Dont go through the drive through.. They gonna rush you before you can even completely them your complete order.. If you go inside ..best i can tell you is woosa cause some of them young folks gonna make u forget yo bearings..ijs.. Still good food.. Correction Good Hot food..

This is the first time I’ve been back since the original Long John Silver’s burnt down. This is a brand new Long John Silver’s at the same location.
The food was hot, not a long way at all, and a lady taking the order was friendly. As far as atmosphere goes, it’s a fast food restaurant that was clean. The food is a little pricey. They do have fish tacos,two for $5.
Now I’m just waiting for them to bring back the all you can eat days.

I visited today for their grand reopening, and I was extremely impressed. The service exceeded my expectations with friendly staff, fast and accurate order-taking, and hot, fresh food. They didn’t miss a beat! The new redesign is also very appealing and welcoming.

I didn’t say anything the first time because it was the opening week and I know they were swamped. Today I was gonna split this platter with my cousin. She get the fish and I’ll eat the chicken planks. (2 fish 3 chicken platter). The chicken is fried too hard and it’s tough. I received 2 chicken planks and a nugget. The nugget is almost the size of the hushpuppy. I’m disappointed, so I won’t be spending another dime at this establishment.

Delicious food, very clean plus a modern restaurant, and the most cheerful and welcoming staff. When we come in town, this is our favorite restaurant. Manager was giving a staff member tips and spoke to her so kindly. We noticed and I bet the new staff did also.
