I feel like there needs to be a change in Management here. I get it if the place is busy and your order list overwhelms your ability to restock and keep things going. But it wasn’t that busy and there’s no drive through to take away from the front area. I’ve been in the food industry so I’m talking from experience
Issues:
the sweet tea had no sugar (I was really looking forward to some good ole fashioned sweet tea)
The Dr Pepper was horrible: needed to be changed.
Full dipping sauce containers left all over the sauce bar. No clean ones available. The sauce bar was a mess
Ordered a side of clams only to find out they were out.
Our food took for ever to receive and most of the fish was over cooked. Pretty depressing considering I drove 20 min for a childhood favorite and left absolutely disappointed

As much as I enjoy A&W, this location substantially low traffic is a telling point when walking in, even during a lunch hour. I believe the reason this is is that despite the low traffic, I had to wait about 30 minutes before I even received my food!!! This fast food place is not. As for staff that was working, show know care at all who comes in their doors; no smiles, abrupt questioning when ordering food, and overall just rude All in all, I gave this 2/5 for the service despite the food being good

I was there Saturday April 1st and ordered my usual a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion along with a large fry and large root beer. Usually the cheeseburger is really good but yesterday not as good as usual. Also the fries were like luke warm and not hot and fresh as usual. But the root beer was very good as usual. I was so very surprised that the cheeseburger and fries were not as good as good as usual. But that will not stop me from going back for a cheeseburger and fries. I will return. As far as the service is concerned it was great. The server had a nice smile on her face and very polite. As I said I will be back. I’m not going to let one bad order stop me from going back. One more thing the place was nice and clean. So for now I will give it four stars. Well see how it goes the next time I go there. If all is good then I’ll give it five stars.

Was the only customers in there. When we got to the front counter he looked at us took him a minute to take are order. All the pop taste like root beer. Waited 15 or 20 minutes to get are food. Which for that long of a wait you would think the was hot and fresh !!! But no the were cold and the fish tacos were warm. Not pleased at all wish I would of went to McDonald’s like I was going to before we seen LJS

Most recent visit wasn’t what I was expecting. There were only about 4 customers in the dining room so they weren’t busy but the dining room was very dirty with trash on the floor a lot of dirty tables.
The side fountains had spills on the whole counter and the lids were all empty except for large.
The condiment counter was worse. Spills all over and out of the 10 or so condiments, all but 4 were empty.
The good part was the staff was friendly and the food was very fresh and served fairly quick.

The service at this place is awful. Guy at the front didn’t know the menu and was surprised when we ordered also had a bad attitude. Also they were out of root beer and that’s their thing! A&W like come on guys,get it together. And be sure to clarify what menu you are wanting your food from because when you think you are getting the long job silvers chicken tenders and you get the A&W ones it’s pretty disappointing. The dinning area was also dirty had to wipe off our own table and seats. Probably will never come back to this location.

Horrible service. Took forever to get my food then they forgot my RB float. Once I got the float it was gross. The Root beer was warm, the ice cream had no flavor. The fish would be comparable to a sponge soaked in grease. Definitely won’t be back!!

I don’t know what was going on today but they seemed like they were more interested in cleaning than serving food.
They took my order then after 30 minutes someone came out and I asked her how long it takes to cook fish and she said that she thought my food had already been delivered.
I was given a full refund along with my food.

Horrible staff and service. Teenagers that want to stand around and pick their nose, not wear gloves to handle food, give free food to friends, ride around the parking lot on a moped while waiting 30mins to get a burger made!! Then the food was still cold!! One customer even walked out and said they can keep my money after I spoke with the “so called” manager on duty about this. Then Visited this restaurant Aug 23, ’19 and this was my experience. I will never go back to horrific place. That staff definitely needs adult supervision.
