Food and service are absolutely incredible! Hot fresh food delivered quick! This location always strives to make sure the customer is well taken care of and that alone means a lot, but throw in such delicious food and you’ve got yourself a dang good place to eat!

Honestly, the food was fantastic and the service was really fast and friendly. The two girls working were very nice and smiled and interacted well. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked as were the hushpuppies. The Cole slaw was good as well. Now, the ladies working probably needed to give a little more attention to cleaning up the lobby and the condiment area (quite a few dirty tables) and the ownership should probably look into just a light spruce up. No full remodel needed but a little bit of paint (especially the interior windowsills) would go a long way. The booths were pretty rough in some places as well. In the end, I’m still giving 5 stars because I was that impressed with the food and service but I probably would give 4 stars if either of those weren’t true 10/10 experiences.

Sadly, LJS quality of food varies from place to place, as does their cleanliness. This location in Neosho was great! The fish and hushpuppies were cooked perfectly – crisp, hot, and not greasy. We were able to find a clean table, and they were cleaning others as well before more customers arrived. The ladies’ restroom was clean; however, my husband stated that the men’s restroom was not. It’s very easy and close to I49 for our trips to and from Kansas City. We’ll be back.

I think Long John Silvers is stepping up their game. Food was hot and fresh. More how LJS was years ago. I wish more fast food would go back to how the did it when they were good and food was actually prepared in the restaurant.

Been to a few different Long John silvers locations and this one by far has the best service as well as food. It’s honestly nostalgic for me and I will probably eat here many more times lol.

I generally DON’T give any place 5 stars BUT we’ve been impressed every time we go. The quality and quantity of food is good. It’s always served quick so it still hot. Should they get the order wrong they fix it , no problem.
It’s a twenty minute drive for us and we feel it is well worth the drive. Since we usually go there once a week.
This says nothing about the friendliness of the staff, as they always seem to make you feel at home.

Food is always old, under cooked, and so greasy you can’t eat it. Management could careless, called today about old food that was gross and was told “guess we just don’t like their food”. Completely unacceptable, we love LJS, asking for fresh, quality food should not be something so difficult to provide, especially at thekr prices. Planning to contact Corporate, but considering all the ones in Arkansas closed for this very reason, I am guessing Corporate could care less.
