After waiting 25 min in the drive thru I assumed the food would be fresh but nope. The fish was so dry and chewy it was like jerky. Burnt waffle fries mixed in with non burnt ones. $15 wasted

This is one of the nicer Long John Silvers I’ve been to. The inside is clean and the seating is in good condition. The staff was really nice, helpful, and quick. The food is consistently good. The coleslaw is my favorite item on the menu. It’s also nice to have the option for chicken or fish.

Stopped by and gave this LJS location a try..service was great and so was the food..some other locations have not been great but this one was very good..alot of LJS locations are in a big decline, this one is better than most..hopefully the corporate owners can come up with a way to revive the brand, i would hate to see them all close..stop by and give this location a try..i was great for us.

Our family has ate here two times in the last two weeks and the food has been great! But, the sweet woman at the window truly went above and beyond tonight to make my daughter feel special as well as make sure that we had plenty of sauce to go along with our meals!! (& is the reason I decided to write this 5 star review!) We will continue to go back and just want to say thank you to the staff for always taking great care of us, and especially to the woman at the drive-thru this evening!! ♥️

The outside lights weren’t on, so I wasn’t sure if was open but thought I’d try the drive thru. Had to wait a long time in the drive thru for my did to cook, like 10 minutes, but I felt like it was worth it because I was really craving LJS and haven’t had it in years! The food was so fresh and hot and delicious. I’ll be back now that I know it’s there!

Yet another restaurant that does not deserve to be in business.
I ordered drive thru and specifically asked for several tartar sauce and some vinegar.
When I got back to my hotel room I had zero tarter or vinegar and not a single napkin.
I then returned to the store and gave them my now cold meal back as without the sauces it was not edible.
If they don’t care enough to give you what you paid for you should not do business here.
It isn’t brain surgery and I had no problem giving them my money.
Yet they had a problem giving me what I ordered.
To top things off not only did they not apologize or offer to make things right.
The girl in the drive thru window told me to never come back because they don’t need my business.
Like that was ever going to be a problem…

Poor quality food, asked for sauce as everyone know you have to have sauce to eat their food, and all the dood was so good! Called the store to inquire about it. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They hung up on me, when I tried to callback they and answered and just put the phone in the counter. Tried to call from alternate number when they answered I asked to onto a manager same senecio phone on the counter and refused to talk to me.

The food is good, getting it may take a long weekend. It seems just like everywhere, nobody wants to hire anybody to work and nobody who is working wants to be sober or they take their time. I stood for 10 minutes and no even said, “hey we will be with you in a second”. Quit letting people stand around trying to spend money, I just left and will NEVER be back. If you can’t hire people who can do the job, why do you own a business?
