My clam meal was great. However my friend had fish and under the breading was wet and soggy. When she complained to the waitress she was told that it was cooked on a timer and it was cooked enough. Obviously it was under cooked or it would not have looked the way it did or taste soggy. We don’t plan to go back here in the future. The waitress made no move to remedy the situation at all.

The employees are always really friendly to me in Mt. Carmel. The grilled shrimp bowl was pretty good but my favorite thing at LJS is always the crumbles.

We love going to LJS, but the last couple of times we’ve been there, usually during the week, in the evening, it’s been terrible. The service is always great, and super friendly. But the food isn’t what it used to be.

Very dirty place. Wall falling apart and landing on the table. Post that hold wall up is not painted anymore and will never be able to with as much grease has soaked into the wood.. Guessing no health inspector come by.

It’s pretty okay. The food is really greasy and when I commented about it to a worker, he spit in my food and asked if that was better. I tried it out and it wasn’t much better, but at least he tried. 3/5
