They’re cooking the fish ahead of time so they can throw it on a plate when you order, was overcooked and just warm. Also, they are only giving kiddie size drinks with the meals now. This place used to be very good, I’m very disappointed in their change.

I was driving between Indy and StL and craved long johns. I haven’t had it in forever because most of them near me have closed. This place was very friendly and dropped fresh hot fish and sides for me. My only complaint is that I wish they’d have put a few sauces in the bag. I’m sure I could have asked but I didn’t think to until too late. Food was hot and delicious.

In town visiting and was in the mood for fish. When we got out of the car, my thought was if it looks like this inside, we are going some where else. It was messy inside, but not as bad. The kid that took my order when asked a question about the food was some where between short and rude. The person acting as manager, made up for it. Fish was good waffle fries were cold.

They were absolutely packed during the lunch rush today — full dining room and a long drive-thru line — but the crew handled it like champs. Even with all the chaos, the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and the staff stayed friendly and upbeat.
It’s great to see a team that works so well together under pressure. Huge thanks to everyone there for keeping the quality high and the service fast — you made my lunch stop an awesome one!

This is the absolute best food I’ve had at a long John silvers since I was little. It was fresh and hot. It wasn’t greasy. It was just simply delicious. The fountain drink was great.
The service was fantastic!
The bathroom was clean.
Parking was great, there was plenty of open spaces.
If you’re wanting a great lunch, this is a go to for sure! If I get the chance to stop at this LJS again, I definitely will!

They closed the dining area a full hour before the posted closing time. They also only had Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and root beer, and still managed to get our drink order wrong.

Great location for what it is. Food is always fresh and cooked to order so expect to wait. Hard on your stomach because it’s all fried good but delicious it eaten in moderation.

For the first time ever Im giving a bad review!! The food was horrible since the last time I was there!! The chicken and fish was over cooked and barely warm, the waffle fries was cold and tasted like old oil, the slaw was very bland!! Not sure I will go back there!!
