Couldn’t rate anything. Pulled up to order outside. Car in front of me seemed to take a long time they finally pulled around. I pulled up nobody came on the intercom to take my order. I waited and waited even yelling if someone was there. Decided to pull around nobody in line. I don’t know if the car in front of me got any food. I pulled up to window looked like they were a a little busy. I sat there for a few minutes the window was cracked opened a little i yelled a few times nobody acknowledged me so i drove away. If your busy at least acknowledge that they will be right with you. I won’t be back for awhile.

Online order and they had not even started it at the time it was supposed to be ready. Girl was kinda snotty but I tried to be nice. Said she would bring it out in 10 min. After 15 I went back in. They were bagging it up. I asked if everything was there. She said yes you’re free to check. So I got to the car I checked and clams were missing. Had a hour drive home after a Monday at hospital so claims were for the ride. Went in and told them and another lady was very pleasant and got them while original girl stood playing on her phone. When I got home I found that the waffles were not there either. Ugh bad me for not catching it before I left there.
Also when I asked for sauce she put in about 4 of what I had asked for. I said could I have more that that? She said I will have to charge you. I said for a family meal 4 packages is supposed to be enough? She threw another small handful in. I go there a couple times a year and have never had a issue but today? Yea they need help that will accurately do their job. Won’t say her whole shift was phone time but sure looked like that was probably the main issue.

It’s always nice to find a Long John silver’s, place is outdated but the food is absolutely delicious, The place is also clean and very friendly workers.

Maybe once or twice a year I’ll crave LJS especially since the one near me closed and was razed to make way for a gas station. So while running errands I’m Peoria, it sounded perfect. The food was great, the service was stellar, but the drive through speaker was not working. I was on the road and not able to go in but was able to give order at the window. The meal came out fairly quickly. The hot things were hot, the cold things were cold. Everything hit the spot. Will definitely go again sooner rather than later.

I hadn’t eaten at a Long John Silver in many years, but I had an appointment in Peoria and thought I would give it a try again. There were no other customers in the restaurant when I arrived around 3pm. I ordered a two piece fish meal, then went to sit down to wait for my number to be called. In maybe 3 minutes, a young woman who took my order brought a tray out to me. There were 3 pieces of what I thought was fish rather than two, but I thought, what the heck, my dogs could have the rest if I didn’t finish it. I took two bites before thinking, what kind of fish is this? The texture was all wrong. Then I realized they had given me chicken rather than fish. The texture wasn’t great for chicken, either. I didn’t even bother to go back to the counter, just chalked it up to hoping a poor performing fast food restaurant was better than I remembered. The cole slaw was good. My dogs were happy with the leftovers.

I have to say it’s been a while since I have been to long John silvers and I went tonight. The Customer service was excellent. The food was fresh. I don’t know why it’s been so long definitely we’ll visit again, but the staff was amazing. 2/12/26 8:15pm

Ordered the 2 piece fish dinner with extra fries and a piece of chicken Fish was old small, didn’t get the extra fries, extra piece of chicken was hard, old best thing was the hush puppies It will be a long time before I go to the long John silvers in Peoria again It’s like the young girl that brought my order to the window already knew something was wrong with the food. I should’ve checked the order before I left , but was in a hurry to get back on the highway.

Waited in line to order my food when it came to my turn to order food the lady did take my order and was rude to me. And was going to take the order of somebody behind me first even though I was in line 1st when I tried to let the lady know I was in line 1st that’s why I’m standing in front of him. She cut me off and was rude. Very bad service. The bathrooms were disgusting. Really suggest people to go somewhere else.

Server at window didn’t seem to care about her job. We didn’t get many things and got ice when we asked for no ice.
We waited for a long time at the window. I had to go to the bathroom so we parked and went in.
I informed another employee that the toilet was clogged up. She like, “I’ll get to it eventually” and waived get arms rudely, like I was inconveniencing her.
It’ll be a while before I go back.
I hope their better when I do go back.
