We had the Coastal Cod, it was good. One plate was the sandwich meal, the other plate was the the combo meal. Both were good. The hush-puppies are real good. The only issue was they seemed to be understaffed in the kitchen as everyone had to wait on there order for what seemed like way longer than normal. It was nice to see the teamwork from the other employees who were helping out in the kitchen and still doing their job.

We ordered all you can eat fish and my son got chicken but when it came to the fish, I was disappointed because it seemed like there was more batter than fish. Plus when I ordered the cashier didn’t tell me that our meals came with hush puppies. So I ordered them as a side and then I ended up with a lot of them. The taste of the food was good but I was pulling off more batter than I had fish.

It’s great food, but sadly the speed has gone down. I still enjoy the food but waiting for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru when it’s not busy is a little annoying. You have to ask twice for flavor packets like malt vinegar. Other than that, the food is yummy.

The corn was old and chewy we asked for fresh corn and they had it right away, so my question is why they would serve old chewy food when they have fresh right there? Bathrooms are out of order! The service was good but the kitchen staff is very loud.

The lady that waited on us was nice…The corn I got was burned and dry, fish very greasy, the music was loud and not something that people that go in there would like to hear…Both bathrooms not in working order! Of course people don’t know that until after they have their food and need to use it!….We sat down to eat and there was a real spider web on the counter…We are one family and will not go there again. I’m sure there are others who will not tell you they did not like the place, they just will pass the word and not go!

Super pricey for what you get. Slow with poor customer service. Watched employee give wrong customer order, only to realize he had given it to the wrong person. He takes it off wrong customers table them gives it to the correct customer. Once that food is on the wrong person’s table, it should now be thrown out not given to another person. I will never return here. Totally disgusted with this place.

Horrible food and the male African american manager was an ass. Called to complain multiple attempts finally got a hold after almost a week spoke to a female who said just bring receipt in anytime and they’ll replace, so came thru drive thru other day only 2 cars in lot and 1 in drive thru and took him again 25 mins before he could try to take my order and then when told him what his comanager said he would replace or even give me the corporate # which I looked up online and called 4 days ago and left a voicemail and 4 days later still got NO call back. Nasty food. Restrooms are filthy management in general is lost and place smells dirty when you walk in , hint the reason we got it to go.

Orders take forever. Call ahead unless you like waiting 15 minutes on the drive thru. Food was fine. I have been here twice for lunch. Evening service seems a little better. Food is made to order.

I was at the drive-thru today, and there were only two vehicles in front of me. Both people (you can tell by the bags) only had orders for one. From placement of order to receiving the food, it was an 18 minute wait! 18 minutes. After posting about it on Facebook, not one, but two people I know mentioned they had 30 minute drive-thru waits at this very same location. But they way they cleverly designed the drive-thru, if there is someone in front of you and someone behind you, you can’t escape. Parking blocks are to the side, so you are a prisoner without possibly of leaving. I will never return to this location, and by the responses to my Facebook post, so far with every single person mentioning they’ve had similar problems there, it appears many people will not return there.

Had some issues with my drink, black chunks in it and the baked cod was tough. Disappointing cause thought it was an establishment which prided on the small attention to details and great service? No bell ring on this visit.
