IDK what the heck I just received…. I hope it was baked cod it didn’t even smell like fish!!!!!!!! Maybe they was having a bad night or I was IDK……. I’m not a fish expert but I have fished and cleaned enough fish to know fish when I see it…..the two stars is bc I love their hush puppies….

The fries were old and cold, ordered 3 add on shrimp never got them until we’re ready to walk out the door. When I asked for the money back, no longer wanting the shrimp, the manager asked for the reciept and gained a huge attitude. Never will I return as this is the second time with bad service.

Well, it’s not fast food… there were two cars ahead of me and I waited a good 10 minutes in line. Everything is deep fried. Tasty when it’s fresh n hot, but you end up with a layer of fat inside your mouth. The only thing that makes my taste buds perk up are the crab cakes. They have a very short shelf life, so they take even more time to make because they won’t start cooking until you order them. Call ahead to order them, or you’ll be having them for midnight snack.

No AC, the all you can eat buffet served small chunks of chicken and fish instead of the normal size pieces we usually get during the week. The place smelt foul and even the employees, you know the ppl handling our food, were complaining about the Heat and sitting around in the customer area trying to keep cool. Unfortunately you could see the sweat pouring off of them due to no central air so it was very hard to eat the food knowing how unsanitary the place was

I am not a big fan of fast food. This, with the exception of culvers, is probably the first fastfood i have done in 6 months. Had the one dollar fish tacos. For the price they are well worth it.

This location was friendly and the food was good. One employee even came out and asked how we were doing while we ate. The only issue we had was one employee was on their phone while working and having a loud conversation with whom ever he was on the phone with. But over all good place to eat.

Worst place ever. It took me exactly 30 seconds to receive my order witch was 2 pieces of fish,fries and hush puppy’s and coleslaw cost almost $8.00 and when I got home I received greasy limp fish and no coleslaw .Oh and no tarter sauce, this Long Johns is always out of something. Will never go there again.

Rude customer service at 1230PM from Danyale S. Seemed to be in a bad mood and snapped anytime asked question. Very off putting. Could tell oil hadnt been changed in a while as my fish tasted like everything and anything that was ever fried there. The cherry pepsi was either flat or had some rubbery taste. Two sips and I was done. Just pass this place. Even subway across the street has to be better.. RUN don’t walk away from this horrible business.

I was going to eat inside but it was so hot. It was unpleasant so m e and my family left. Food is good. But the place had a bad smelland it was to hot no air conditioning and it’s 90°degrees outside and 100° inside. It sucked. Get your air fixed.
