This is one of the last Long John silvers left in Chicagoland area. That depends fried twinkie was soooooo good. The fish is good as a remember. And Long John Silver’s hush puppies are classic.of course you’re going to wait a little cause its fresh.

I have a great experience every time I come here. The lobby is always clean. The employee’s are very friendly and welcoming. The cooking area is always clean and organized (I pay attention). The food is always fresh and the prices are well explained and the staff are very compromising. I’m glad they are good because its one of the few locations still in Chicago especially west.

Place seems to be a bit crazier than your typical food spot. The food luckily was good, seemed pretty clean, which are the most important pieces but I did notice that when it got hectic service lacked. Couple of the workers were rude when asked for sauce, food items for forgotten because they were focused on the speed over quality.

Decent service and good servings. Limited menu . You can eat sort of healthy here depending on which sides you pick. Overall, I think you get better value for your dollar here than at most fast food places. The staff are attentive and actually show they care about serving you freshly made, well presented and tasty food.

The people that work there were fantastic. I mean you don’t go to Long John Silvers for Red Lobster level Seafood. But, we had a yummy dinner and the staff was extremely friendly and sweet. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to try the vinegar on your fish.

They can be a little pricey but they have deals. All you can eat on Sundays for $7.99 (tax not included). I sound like a advertisement lol. Always give you extra crust. Do Not eat crust if you suffer from high blood pressure. Unless you know how to get and keep your pressure down. When you have hush puppies as your side for the $1.99 box, they give you like three or four. Really all you need I guess. Unless you’re greedy, workout, or have good genetics.

The restaurant was extremely busy which was understandable being a Friday. However the person running the register had no ambition to move even a little bit fast. He also had very little patience for the several senior citizens that were in there that didn’t quite understand the menu. Someday he will be a senior citizen too.
