Just really sad. The fish had a decent taste but the whole experience leading up to getting the food made me wish I had just left. The people were very nice, but the staff appeared to be very overwhelmed and fairly incapable of doing their jobs. The line of customers wasn’t long but the wait sure was. Watching people working at a fish place floundering(no pun intended) around is really sad. I don’t believe this place can honestly stay in business much longer but I am amazed they have lasted this long.

When you cook fish in the same grease as the chicken it is not a good thing. I always wanted to try Long Johns Silver. While waiting for my food it was obvious the workers were having a good time playing. This would not bother me if my food was good. I could see them put fish and chicken in the same grease. Then I finally got to try it. Sadly I did not finish. And then I had that nasty fish taste in my mouth all day that you get when you get fish that was cooked wrong. Don’t go Here.

Went to KFC and got popcorn chicken….big mistake. It took about 15 min to get through the drive through and they were basically burnt and very dry with about 80 percent of what we received just hard burnt breading. Extremely disappointed for as long as we waited. Will never go there again. Very sad KFC. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Love it, great tasting food. How ever both times in a month I’ve gone through the drive i did not receive all of my condiments i requested. Still great food and good service just need to tweak the attention to detail.

Excellent food as always, the cooks must be good at their jobs because everyone else is not. Our order is ALWAYS wrong and when we call to complain we get treated poorly and get no. Now we take a cab and have to pay extra to stop there. Now to stop we have to pay extra,go in and let the cab leave and wait a long time for them to return again, just to make sure our order is right. This place really needs new management

We always stop here for Long Johns because our town doesn’t have one. Stopped this summer and ordered and it was literally the worst service I’ve ever received. The order taker was arguing with my son over why he wanted to buy a sauce cup. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and that I was being an a5s. Will never go back there.

I had to wait for an order. It seems like the fish business is secondary to the Kentucky Fried Chicken in the building.
It was nice to have the oily nostalgic fish that made me burp but, it was not as good as the Long John Silver’s dinners that I had made in Texas. There was little to no Krispies.

We Drove an Hour or More to Get Long John Silvers… We Don’t have one Near us.
“Holly” the Onsite Manager was Quick to Tell us what She couldn’t do, what they Didn’t have, & that they were Closing Soon, so she wasn’t willing to make more. Also had to “Talk her into” Honoring a Long John Silver’s Coupon/Promo I was Emailed & Showed her on My phone.
The Food was Good, but the Service Sucked!
Sad so see SHE was Training a New Employee.

Nothing good about this place. No idea how it even has 3 stars on google. I’ve been a few times, so not basing review off of 1 bad trip.
Not fast service, have always had to park and wait while in drive thru.
Never have food ready
5:30 (dinnertime) on Sunday evening and a chicken resteraunt doesnt have any chicken ready. Half hour wait to cook more. Only one other car in drivethru, so wasnt busy.

If you want quality long john silvers I would suggest you go to one that isn’t attached to a kfc! It was alright but it also could have been a lot better. The staff was very nice while taking our orders tho.
