The pricing has went up a lot. The customer service was great, and that was the best part of the visit. The food was not good and the size was not worth the money spent. It taste like the grease was old and burnt. Definitely not the same recipe I remember.

Long time fan of long John silvers since my dad took me as a kid. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever go back. They have clearly downsized the fish while at the same time raising the prices significantly. I ordered the fish tacos and to my surprise I got two tacos with one piece of fish that was cut in half and put in each taco. Needless to say I was very disappointed with what I received. I can forgive the size of the fish, I can’t forgive being so cheap that you cut an already small piece of fish you’ve downsized in half to account for two fish tacos. I’m only given this a two star and not a 1 star because the taste of the food was very much still what I remember. Hopefully they wise up and bring the original sized fish they had back and stop cheating customers out on food.

We hadn’t been to Long John Silvers for quite a while. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by the menu items. The menu had plenty of choices from chicken planks to fish to shrimp, clams, and more. We were impressed with the variety of sides that they offered as well. We were, however, not impressed with the prices. For example, I thought the price to add on three breaded shrimp for $3.69 was a little ridiculous. However, we all enjoyed our meals. We will return, but not very often due to the prices.

You can tell this place has all new employees in it. Wow what a breath of fresh air from the other team that worked there! The male manager is so nice! He even thanked us and said have a wonderful day! The old manager was rude and lazy

Stopped by for take out, on August 16, ,25. Some Staff had walked off the job earlier in the day. Brand new people working, and the place was chaotic! Wait time was very long. Customers yelling at employees ! Our hearts broke for them all ! Meal was delicious, and kudos to those employees that toughed it out !!!! Sorry for your awful day.

Freshly fried & Hot fish, shrimp & chicken planks! And those darn little crumbs! I think I clogged up every artery in my body eating about a Cup of ’em! But they’re so crunchy and fun to eat, it was worth it!
It was nice to see a “Manager” interacting with their employees with a respectful attitude! She didn’t take the bait, when one employee saw another make a mistake and she teased him that “the boss is ‘gonna be mad and doc your pay!”. No. The Manager put the miss shaped fish in a box and said ” Here! Just ask the next customer if they’d like to try our crazy fish for FREE!” She patted him on the back saying, “you’ll get better at it! Don’t worry.” Then walked off.
