I needed to update my review. I stopped in to discuss a rough visit. The general manager was very quick to listen to my situation and offered very respectable solutions. The food was really good. The location was very clean. She didnt just listen, I could tell she cares about her customers. 5 stars all the way. I will return soon for the excellent service I usually get here. Way to go Sarah.

I’ve been a long time patron of Long John Silvers. I hadn’t visited in a long time, so I wanted to try this location. It feels like they haven’t kept up with the times in evolving their food menu. The fish and chicken tastes ok, but after a few bites it just felt bland. Not bad mind you, just middle of the road. Service was top notch. Super friendly and quick. Food was served hot and portions seemed fair for the price. Overall not a bad experience but little related to food quality that would prompt my return. It was very nice to be served by such a friendly and polite crew.

The manager needs to learn to address issues with employees in private and not where customers can hear.
Because I know now that someone is getting fired because they had a 45 minute wait time last night and I definitely shouldn’t know that Information.
Time and place is what she needs to learn. And maybe less grease .

We have always had great service at this location so we’re happy to receive an on app offer of two meals for $6 each, a fantastic deal. However when we completed the order our four meals came up to $53. No one in the restaurant seemed to be able to help so we left. Is there really a way to get this offer or is it a scam, pity the staff here work so hard and are usually great but obviously have no control over the app.

I almost never write a bad review, but in this case, I have to. This was absolutely horrible. The rice was cold, the clams looked as if they were pulled out for cleaning and just given to us. I would complain about the fact that they only gave us maybe six clams, but since we couldn’t’ eat them, I see no point. The fish wasn’t hot; the shrimp was rubbery. We went around 2 p.m., and my guess is that we were stuck with what left over. This used to be a family restaurant that we would come from out of town just to eat at, but never again. If it is always like this, they definitely won’t be open much longer.
